The Journal Of The Ero Summoner - Chapter 7 Training In The Forest Part 1

Its a fine day for travelling trainers and pokemon to embark in a mystery tour through the Viridian Forest filled with many kinds of pokemon and secrets, I Jay Silver decided to spend a 2 week vacation *cough* training in the forest to pump up my pokemon. So starting with my plan I summoned my flareon

Jay: “Hestia its time for your training together after a long time, but before that I suppose we should check your data first”

Taking out and equipping my scouter glasses from my inventory, this scouter is linked with the pokedex programmed to show a game-like status for the wearer.

‘Hmmm… Judging from the training I did so far the best thing to do now would be to get it to learn Flame thrower and Quick Attack’ After a while of ponder I buy 4 small weight adjustable ankle bracelets for Pokemon from Yue for 2k points which I attached to the feet of Hestia to limit her current speed. I also summoned Vaporeon afterwards also attaching the ankle bracelets. ‘Lets see Cordelia’s stats

Jay: “Hestia, Cordelia… I want the two of you to run next to each other in this open plain we found in the forest, while running Hestia I want you to keep firing Ember at Cordelia’s Water Gun without getting wet, instead of shooting out small ember try to condense your fire energy to move together in one line and Cordelia I want you to use water gun but as you use it try to compress your water energy and apply pressure. Don’t push the pressure too hard do it little by little, in doing so you will start to understand the concept of Hydro Pump. Got it? Go train, I will be here watching you both as I will start to train Jolteon and Eevee okay?”

I give each of them a good head rub before walking a bit away from their area. Although this training seems stupid and simple but this training works on their endurance, and it will invoke a rivalry to win.

Jay: “Come out Levinia and Artemis”

‘Huh? Did Professor Oak gave me another trainer’s pokemon by mistake or something… its quite strong with those moves’

The two started to rub around my legs seeking attention so I knelt down and starting to scratch the back of their ears before explaining their training regiments.

Jay: “Alright jolteon let me first attach the weight ankle bracelets for the two of you as well” ‘Whew atleast these are user friendly, difficult to fall off but easy to put on or take off’ “Jolteon your task will be to run between Hestia’s and Cordelia’s attack dodging them while charging electricty within your body, once you feel its filly charge release it in a wide area instead of a pin point attack with this you will be training in a wide area attack while also learn how to create your own terrain to power up your moves”

Jolteon nodded its head at me with fire burning in its eyes before running after the other two.

Jay: “Well eevee, your quite strong for a new born so I want you to run around the plain like Jolteon dodging their attack, for now I believe building up your speed in hopes you learn Quick Attack and Double team will be necessary for the upcoming gym battle”

I took out the camping capsule pressing the button and throw it further away from me, *poof* like a smoke bomb. As the smoke clear away only to reveal a Mini Igloo house painted white with windows in the four directions with only a single door to lead inside. I opened the door to see how it looks like and I was surprised, the area is far bigger inside than what it display outside. The living room consist of 2 large couches that can hold 3 people each with a fireplace and a fluffy white mat between them, the tables at the sides of the couches are made of sakura tree and the pokemon beds has been placed around the living room for my pokemon to sleep at with the Hammock hanging up near the roof in a corner. There is a Kitchen, 2x Bathroom, 2x Bed Rooms and 1x Environment changing Training room.

Jay: “Well guess I will start my training as well, I can use my library afterwards to compile a proper training book for my girls”

I stood in the middle of the room and a pedestal began to emerge in front of me from the floor, inputting the details of the room I want which was a Rocky area filled with holes, slopes, a mini Hill and a Rock walls to climb on. ‘Best way to battle with pokemon is to understand the area yourself as well as your pokemon lets do this’ After 3 hours of push ups, set ups, jogging and rock climbing for basic training I took a break leaving the house seeing how my pokemon is are exhausted laying on the ground. These girls are scary

Jay “Shit… I actually forgot these guys are a bit stubborn” I gently started carrying them to the house after giving each of the a full restore potion made from yours truly, each of them were full of energy afterwards but still demanded a princess carry. Guess I should spoil them more for the time I wasn’t there for them.

Its quite something to realize its Lunch time on the dot so I decided to head off to the kitchen to start making lunch for everyone. a Gentle yet appetizing smell permeate the entire house inducing hunger from the 4 pokemon, I placed the 4 bowls in front of them. DELICIOUS! I tried making a home baked lasagna for a trial but it turned out just perfect, suddenly I hear soft shaking sound inside the house. ‘My room?’ I stood up walking to my room with the 4 pokemon following me. I opened my door only to welcome a sharp ray of light that dissipated after a few seconds leave a little pokemon on my bed. It was a pink, bipedal Pokmon with mammalian features. Its snout is short and wide, and it has triangular ears and large, blue eyes. It has short arms with three-fingered paws, large hind legs and feet with oval markings on the soles, and a long, thin tail ending in an ovoid tip.

WTF!? Not enough data your sister! It took me quite a while to take this in, I mean the pokemon egg is gone and a Mew is in its place and the scouter cant full scan it. Makes me wonder exactly what the hell is the other three eggs the professor gave me. Well First things first I first catch it with a Ultra ball before calling it out again since it will be part of the team I will have to give it a name…. Hmmmm…. I walk up to the little pokemon kneeling down to look into its eyes, at first it was looking at me attentively sniffing before letting out a soft happy cry, seems it recognized me as its parent? not sure but I place my hand on its head gently rubbing it

Jay: “Your name will be Minette, meaning Faith Defender. I hope you will grow up strong to protect our little world and our family”

Minette: “Mew!” it cried happily at the name as if it resonated with its existence

Jay: “Well Guys from now on till we reach the gym you will be keeping the weights on, so from tomorrow on we will be exploring the forest to catch and battle wild pokemons!”

All 5 pokemon look at him with fire burning in their eyes wanting to have some proper battle, don’t get them wrong their extremely kind and loving with a small mishap that happened few years ago when I trained them my Battle Junkie habit rubbed off on them like they love battling stronger opponents and face smack them. ‘hehehe… how to train Mew, as far as I know Mew can learn almost any pokemon move. Guess I will make it watch the other train and decide itself which move it wants to learn first, I haven’t seen how anyone train a mew before…. Hope I get a solution to this’

Well since my pokemon got a new friend its best to just leave them to bond more while I will go train some more, guess it’s time to push my taekowondo to master grade. I start with taking the front stance. In this stance, the legs are held one in front and to the side of the other, in a wide and deep pose with hips facing forward. The front leg is bent and the other is straightened.

Jay: “Taekowondo – First kick Ap CHagi” I raise my knee to the waist, pulls the toes back and quickly extends the foot at my imaginary target. And back to my stance and repeated this action 100 times with 2 sets. Its the very basic kick known as Snap kick but when mastered it can become one of the most devastating kick, as proven by a good novel I once read called ‘The Strongest System’ that guy sure love kicking them nuts.

After that I practiced the Yeop chagi (Side Kick), dollyeo chagi (Roundhouse Kick), dwit chagi(Back Kick) and several other techniques, once done I change my stances to L Stance, Ready Stance and Rear Foot Stance and repeated the process. I have to say it’s really tough to finish the regime but I managed to finish it before dinner time.

Well we ate our dinner together and went to bed, got a problem with sleeping early? heh like the old saying goes ‘Early Bird gets the first cookie’!
