The next morning came and the run began to rise, we ate breakfast together while I explained what happened between me and the man to everyone. Was quite surprised that Inori demanded we look for the man to ‘pleasantly’ kick his balls, but I refused their requests and told them to simply leave it alone. Although I said it to them I gathered the technology department along with the secret shadow department to create flying bug droids to send them out to investigate the entire Kanto region while I will continue my journey while training. Many might call me a coward but simply running towards an enemy with no plan nor strength is simply stupid, but the good news is everyone leveled up!

Yep, thanks to the Exp Share I bought from the store I managed to secure and distribute the exp between my pokemon since I don’t want to reveal my Mew just yet. Well now that we all relaxed well enough and recovered, we left the mini-world to continue our leveling and capture of pokemons. Ofcourse there was some pokemons we defeated but instead healed up and sent them off, would not want to empty out this world after all. Thanks to Gaia’s blessing the birthrate of pokemons increased yet controlled to the point the world would not overflow, I’ve been wondering about this mini-world for a while like my hidden bloodlines but I knew if it doesn’t show it mean its not the time yet. So like the battle yesterday I simply put it behind me while I trained my foundations once more, the fact my body could not hold that technique is a big minus I need to resolve.

Inori: “Jay its time for lunch!”

Jay: “oooh! Coming!” ‘Yep you heard it alright, I have no idea what happened to inori in the mini-world when I wasn’t there but apparently she picked up cooking and its a killer taste that makes you feel like your soul ascended to heaven’s flavour, its really that delicious!

Jay: “*nom nom* Isn’t it a bit early for lunch, its only 10:30am?”

Inori: “Remember we still have to go to the lake to catch a few water pokemons before we head of to the Gym, the gym closes at 18:30pm and we have a distance before we can arrive there”

Jay: ‘Yep its a problem’ “Alright lets eat fast whoever finish last is a stunkshroom!”

Me and my pokemon began eating rapidly yet by the time we finished at the same time Inori was already washing her plate, all of our mouths were agape at the shocking revelations of a true Glutton amongst us. *Cough Cough* Well lets keep that to ourselves for safety purposes and so we washed our dishes, packed up and went off to the lake.

???: “Stop! Give me back my bike!”

‘Hmmm…. Judging from time, bike and my knowledge it’s probably Red rushing off with poliwhirl to the pokemon centre… Gary probably hurt it more than it showed on the manga huh?’ We rushed towards the lake only to hear the same voice screaming and a load roar echoeing throughout the forest.

Jay: “Go Hestia, use quick attack followed by Iron Tail!” My pokemons learnt more new moves while I was out cold by using TM’s I forgot about, yes I know its one of the biggest failures as a Trainer to forget it.

Flareon sprinted off leaving a cloud of dust ahead of us, while the Gyarados was still focused on the girl it knocked back into the lake by Flareon’s iron tail on its head. ‘Now its type disadvantage training for her’ We finally caught up and noticed a girl was on the ground pale face with a frightened expression.

Jay: “Hey miss you alright?”

Girl: “Who are you two?”

Jay: “Ah I am Jay and this is Inori, we both are trainers from Pallet Town same as the boy who borrowed your bike ahead”

Selene: “I have not lend him my bike he stole it! but my name is Selene, I’m a grass pokemon trainer”

Jay: “I’m sure he will give you an explanation for it, believe it or not he is extremely kind and honest. if he did what he did then the situation was bad. I suggest you leave for pewter town and catch up to him. Me and Inori are here to catch pokemon so this big fishy is perfect for me”

Selene: “Ah yes! Thank you very much for saving me. Take care!”

I give her a warm smile waving goodbye before walking back to stand near Flareon to await for Gyarados to pop back up at us, I never saw it, only guessed it but I noticed something. This pokemon world I’m living in mixed the manga and anime a bit, will have to investigate this later. Anyway seeing how bubbles coming

Jay: “Alright Hestia use Sunny Day followed up with a flamethrower” I ordered a fire move because I noticed this Gyarados is only clinging onto its will power and I want to see what it looks like before I decide to heal or catch it. But boy oh boy what popped up was a Red Gyarados that fainted right after the flamethrower hit it so I caught it with my pokeball and called out Cordelia my vaporeon. Its time for underwater battles.

Jay: “Inori can you look after my clothes, I will be catching some water pokemon and I intend to catch one for you as a starter. It will be the best cover for when we register your trainer ID so others wont be suspicious.”

Inori simply nodded before taking a seat against a tree in the shades reading a book, well for me I jumped into the lake in my swimming pants I had under my pants so I was prepared.

Jay: “Cordelia use quick attack on those magikarps”

Vaporeon begin swimmer faster than usual hitting the magikarps, knowing that their health are usually not much I simply caught them all and transferred them back to the clinic. Since we finally got our hands on magikarp now its time for the goldeens and poliwags. After a hour we finally finished our task but a singular pokemon caught my eye rest upon a rock, a small, amphibious, quadruped Pokmon. It has a purple body with a light-brown underside. It has a large head with a purple fin on top and a light-brown tail fin. It has black, beady eyes and orange, star-shaped gills on its cheeks. Yes it was a Mudkip but a Shiny one, perfect for Inori’s starter. But it seemed extremely injured and hungry, after feeding her a sitrus berry to boost her health a bit. I took out one of Inori’s balls and caught it before heading back up.

Jay: “Inori take this pokemon and head to the clinic, I will go to the gym and challenge it. She will be your first partner so look after her”

Inori was confused for a moment until she heard the word ‘clinic’ and ‘her partner’, she gave a rare gentle smile looking at the pokemon as if her motherly instincts kicked in to protect it so she simply left after gathering her things.

Jay: “Alright Cordelia, Hestia return” I took out my watch and see that Cordelia and Hestia level went up to 18, Levinia and Artemis 17 and Minette 12, looks like the EXP share really does wonders. After getting myself dry I got my clothes back on and started heading towards Pewter town.

It was 16:00 when I reached the entrance of the city, I first went off to the pokemon center to get my pokemons checked up (except Mew) to avoid suspicion about my pokemons health. Once Nurse Joy happily complimented me of looking after my pokemon and how healthy they look I head out to the gym, upon reaching the gym I looked in awe at the Rock style-building with bronze coloured doors. It looks like a real Stone Age building with a large carved out ‘Pewter City Gym’ followed by a pokeball logo next to it.

I pushed open the door and loudly announce “My name is Jay and I’m here to challenge this Gym!!”

???: “Oh so we will have one last challenger before the day ends huh? Very well I accept. Defeat me and I will grant you the Boulder badge” He grins looking at my confident face, ofcourse I’m confident I trained for this.

Another trainer of the Gym came to the center of the field “This is an Official Gym battle between Gym leader Flint and the Challenger Jay of Pallet Town. Each are allowed to only use 2 pokemon each and the challenger may switch pokemon. Call out your Pokemon!”

Flint: “Come out Geodude!”

“Geodude” a gray boulder Pokmon appear. It has bulging, rocky eyebrows and trapezoidal, brown eyes. Its arms are muscular with five-fingered hands.

‘Now which Pokemon should I use’ Quite stressful to think about it
