The Last Survivor - Chapter 95
“And you are the representatives?”
“Yes”
“Mmppmp!”
Merlin was slightly confused. One of the two women was an elegant and cold beauty with red-brown skin and lava flowing through certain parts of it. She also had two incredibly small horns at the top of her head which were more or less covered by her black hair.
The other was a bundle of ropes?
“Mppfpms!”
No! It was a living bundle of ropes!
“Mpkpmpk!”
No! It was a person! An elf tied up into a bundle of ropes. Moving closer, Merlin untangles some of the ropes to reveal an elf woman, with blonde hair and blue eyes. He features looked more like a youthful young lady and her bodily features made her seem rather childish compared to the composed and cool looking demon lady.
However, Merlin was not one to waste time. Since she was tied up, the elves had a reason to tie her up and he was not going to release he anytime soon.
“Alright, let’s go” he said to the demon lady, as he picked the elf rope up and threw her onto his shoulder like a sack of potatoes.
Next, he looked up at the sky to the portion where his mana had gone to.
In the place where nothing but sky was supposed to exist, a swirling vortex of emptiness was waiting, through which one could see the dimensional void.
This scene reminded Merlin of the time when the first other-worlders began to invade earth, and the last of which was Zero. All of them used similar methods of transportation as this vortex, only difference being, this was a stable dimensional or planer gateway, where as they would have most likely gone into the dimensional gateway from one plane to another plane, and then jumped off in the middle, and used the momentum to slingshot themselves into Earth’s dimension without the planer will’s permission.
In short, they simply used the door from one building, and instead of entering the nearest building that the door was intended for, they take a detour and bust in through the wall of a completely different building, while Merlin politely knocked and the person in the other building opened the door for him.
He sighed and entered the Planer Gateway, the elf representative on his shoulder, the demon representative following him from behind, along with one of Mecha’s bodies; his main body which had been stowed away inside Merlin’s body when they had first come to this plane.
The rest of Mecha’s bodies, would remain here to protect the town. Since they did in fact need someone to protect them, and Cortana was not willing to leave Merlin, she reluctantly crated a single child to leave behind to take her place as the black knight.
She had named her clone, Mal, since he was male.
Merlin looked over and praised in his heart, those are pretty good naming skills. Quick and efficient without wasting any time.
He looked over at Cortana, who was leaving following Merlin in her Mecha Body, the only other Mecha body that was leaving.
Naturally, she made sure to introduce her child, or as she called him, her apprentice, as the ‘Man in Black, and substitute Black Knight who would be just as strong as herself in a year or two.’
Alright then, let’s set off for Dimension Earth!
