THE LONG LOST LOVE (T3L) - Chapter 125：I Beg Of You

Took the device that Athena handed to him, He immediately went to Eric which is still on the floor, trying to pull his hand from nailed on the floor by Athena’s katana.

Athena took her another katana on the floor and throws it to Aslan and Aslan use it to cut Eric’s hand.

“Arghhhhh!!!” Eric screams when Aslan slash his hand without much thought.

Beep!

The device suddenly loosens and start to expand. There’s a lot of needles that struck on his neck which is used to control him and deliver pain to him.

Athena scrunches her eyebrow looking at the needle which makes Aslan in pain and in control by that man.

Once the device is released from his neck, the injuries on his neck start to remerging back. He then uses the collar device and put it on Eric’s neck.

Touch the controller, he set it just like what he does to him.

Swoop!

The device starts to tighten and fit on Eric’s neck.

“Ugh!” Eric groans a bit. He looks at Aslan with a hateful.

“Since you really like to use me, how about if I use this device on you?” Aslan says once he was able to talk again.

“You! Useless brat!”

“I am. Just like my father eh?” He smirks. He set the device to activate back.

“You bastard!”

“I am. Before I really kill you, it’s more satisfying if I can torture you and let you feel the pain that you make me feels before.” He stands up and throws Eric’s hand that he cut before, far away from his position.

Turn his body to his wife, he says to her “Baby, I let you take your revenge on what he does to our grandpa.”

Nods her head, Athena went to him and raise her katana high.

“It’s not only for my grandpa. But it’s also for what you did to my husband.” She stabs him on his left hand. Cut it and she moves to his legs.

“Arghhhhhh!!”

“And this is for what you did to us.” She cut him both legs.

“Dammit!!”

Retract her katana, she looks at his weak body.

“Like what my husband said, before you die, have a taste for what you do to us!” She closes her katana and went to Aslan’s side.

“I don’t care if you’re my real grandpa or not. I don’t wanna have anything with you in the next life. And you know what, I am lucky that my dad leaves me with a real family without any blood bound between us.” He said coldly.

Aslan taps on the device and went out of the room with Athena.

“How long do we have?” Aslan runs while holding Athena’s hand.

Looking at the watches, she said, ” Five more minutes.” She looks at him with a worried expression.

“Are we able to get out from here before then?”

Aslan did not answer her, to be honest, they totally run out of time. This cave quite huge and long. The gateway for them to go also takes at least 10 minutes to go out.

Not having much choice, he then tries to dig a shortcut way for them to escape.

“Baby, lend me your Katana.”

Athena passes him her katana without much thinking.

They both went to the small alleys in a small gap between the rock. Use the katana and his strength, he makes a way to the outside of the cave.

“Sir, we will launch an attack in two minutes.” One of his air fighter reporting to Adrian.

“Hold on, I’ll try to get Athena’s position first.” He turns off his com and tries to communicate with Athena after that.

“Athena? Athena! Answer me!” Adrian speaks with a bit loud.

“Bzzzzzzz….”

“Dammit! Athena?” Adrian tries to communicate with her again. He starts to feel uneasy.

Still same, his comm can’t get through to Athena’s.

“Sir?”

“Give me one minute.” He lowered his head and try to call his father.

“Dad..”

“Ad, What’s up?”

“Athena..I’m…I am sorry.”

Richard turns silent at the other side. Adrian could hear his father’s breath. It’s like he was so shocked.

“I..I gonna go there. Hold on.”

“Dad.”

“Dad…no..We have lives that we have to save first.”

“But….”

“She sacrifices this for us to have a better future.”

Richard once again turns silent.

“I will start in 30 seconds.” He said and ended the call.

He wipes the corner of his eyes which is now tears up a bit. He calls his air jet fighter.

“Start in 30 sec now.”

“Roger that.”

In thirty seconds, the jet fighter drops out a stealth drone and they start to attack the superhuman army with a solution that Ralph create.

Most of them get shot by that solution. Paralyzed after being shot, the superhuman army stops to moves faster like before.

After done with the solution shooting, the air jet fighter starts to fly further from the caves. The satellite has been locked the target and ready to fire them the laser bomb.

Beep! Beep! Beep! Beep!

Swooooooshhh!!! Booooooommm!! Booooooommm!

The cave has been vanished by the bomb. There is no single flesh left. All of the superhuman armies have been bombarded by the tech weapon that is designed by Ramon.

“All unit, get ready to clean up the mess.”

“Roger!”

Adrian and all Athena’s members and family flop down on the ground. Some of them crying while some of them try to comfort others and give courage to them.

“I am sorry, dad…I can’t protect her.” Ad cry while reporting to his father.

Richard eyes already wet with the tears. He rubs his face a few times. Now, how is he going to explain to his wife and..his daughter, Aurora?
