The Lord Of Evil Spirit Pets - Chapter 2

“No way!” Both Long San and An Ai were shocked. “You!” They said simultaneously. “What are you doing here?”

“This is unbelievable. Isn’t that the prodigal daughter of the phoenix family?” A few girls gossiped. “She’s supposed to be preparing for a wedding? How did she end up here.”

“No way, did Long San put some spell on her with his phoenix! We got to go tell her father!” The two girls rushed to exit the arena while Long San instantly blanched.

He had planned to have an ability like phoenix rising, or conqueror’s ashes, or eternal damnation or something cool, but his first ability was reverse summon! How was he supposed to win a fight like this! An Ai wouldn’t fight for him!

‘Wait, say any command,’ He thought about what the prompt had said. ‘Can I really get her to do anything I want?’

“An AI, beat up the tall one!” Long san screamed, which caused everyone to laugh. Even An Ai was shocked while her body started to tremble with rage, and then suddenly she became afraid of what she was about to do. Her body seemed to be forcing her to move. “Come on, Do it!”

“Right away,” An Ai bowed and turned before a dragon flame spun around her body. It hit Austin in the face before it turned into two dragons and slashed into the other five men.

They fell down quickly, and then rushed off the stage.

“What the hell? Was that the bifurcating Dragon Flame! Isn’t that an S rank skill!”

“Run! That weirdo is dead! No need to stick around!” Austin excoriated Long San while he gasped in shock. “Haha! The prodigal son of the dragon family is going to die! I can’t wait to see his execution!”

“Stop!” An Ai screamed at all the exiting women and men. “I’ll pay you each 10,000 Teals of gold to keep this quiet! Please! Please accept it! This is a mistake! A big mistake!”

“Screw you!” Austin held up his middle finger and rushed out the exit. He passed by a few jars, while a few others nodded their head in agreement. “His death is worth more than one million teals of gold. Haha, this is too rich! Guys, let’s tell everyone at the Aquatic Will main dorm!”

Long San and An Ai were both sweating.

They went to a small abandoned house where they originally made the transaction to trade spirit pets. Each person was born with a spirit pet in their first doorway, and it had to be traded ‘intimately’ to get it out.

Some said this was to ensure the evolution of spiritualists. Just like genes, when spirit pets were traded from person to person, they gained unique qualities and techniques. However, reverse summoning was an extremely rare technique! Not one in a million people could reverse summon! It was almost a cheat in tournaments, yet almost no one ever got it.

Tournaments between schools helped determine the standing and resources given by the dragon emperor.

The Dragon Emperor created 300 Royal academies, over 1000 Noble academies, and over 100,000 normal academies. All students had to go there to be trained to defeat the spirit pet hordes.

Spirit Pets and humans didn’t get along unless, of course, they were already inside of a person to begin with. They were sort of like fire and oil. If the two of them were in a room, if they got close to each other they’d set each other aflame, and only one would burn the other.

Spirit Pets didn’t like how humans used their kind to fight wars with the other nations on the main continent, so every young man and woman had to be trained to prepare for wars.

For this reason, Long San often got assignments to go tour one of the five near sacred lands to watch spirit pet hunts. More on that later, right now, Long San was trying to figure out what the hell he should do to not die!

“We can either A, tell both of our father’s we’re in love,”

“Hell no! I hate you!” Long San stomped his foot. “You were ten days in heaven, but 100 days with you would be hell!”

“I didn’t like it either! EVerything was fake!” An Ai blushed and covered her chest. “Damn it! Then what? What can we do?”

“We don’t do anything. I’ll go get a second spiritual pet and never use that ability again! You can tell your father it definitely wasn’t you! Trust me! Fathers’ always believe their daughters! I’ll just never reverse summon you again.”

“Rate it! Rate our dalliance! You better have liked it!” An Ai stomped her foot. “What number out of 20?”

“100,” Long San blushed, “but go! I’ll summon you at night when I find another Spirit Pet to capture. Damn it! Not until I Get to the second rank can I get another pet by mating with a woman! What a pain in the ass!”

“You-you can get more than one spirit pets by being with a woman? How many gates do you have in your body?” An Ai knew she was asking a personal question. A person’s gateway was almost as sacred as their first spirit pet that they were born with. “I mean is it more than two? I heard three is one in five hundred thousand.”

“I have three,” Long San nodded his head. “He had heard of two students that had two gates in the tournament circuit, and both of them were leaders of the two most famous schools, the Dragon Emperor’s Palace Academy, and the Seven Steel Academy. “However, you must keep this a secret! IF you do, I’ll summon you over a cliff! Do you hear me?”

“Hmph, I-I’d rate it a 40,” An Ai stuck out her tongue. “You-you need to be less selfish. If you weren’t so selfish, maybe it would have been easier to buy us out of this mess! You girl stealing, jerk!”

“Enough!” Long San activated his phoenix wings. “Your father probably learned about our romp already! Get back there and do damage control pronto!”
