The Lord Of Evil Spirit Pets - Chapter 7

Long San got brought into Spiritualist Hall, but then got left alone in a chamber where all the spirit pets were kept.

It was a room inside of the chamber that seemed to possess a white sky and a grassland where the ten spirit pets lived. These Spirit pets were all at least Elegant types, and he immediately saw a Three Magic Types, and two demonic types grazing.

They were under the spell of the Spiritualist in charge of the Spiritualist Hall and would not resist if Long San killed them to absorb their spirit insignia. Since he had three gates, he could acquire 29 Spirit Insignia’s. The first gate had to be acquired with the opposite sex to ensure proper spirit evolution, however, he wasn’t complaining. You could technically acquire the other 29 by the grand unity of man and woman, however, the skills would be random. You could actually choose your skills when you got a spirit insignia from a Spirit Pet.

‘It’s so quiet. Why do I feel like something bad is going to happen?” Long San walked over to a Magic type and put his hand against it. It had grey fur and stripes on its body with ice cold eyes. A second later, the information about the beautiful beast appeared in his mind.

“Grand Dynasty Snouted Fox. Magic Type, Enchanted Rank. Will teach you the ability magic cage.”

“Traps a nearby foe in a cage of hair for 20 seconds.”

“Not bad,” Long San patted it on its long snout and walked over to another three Magic Beasts. By the fourth one, he was pretty sure this would be the Spirit insignia he required.

He looked down at the Grey Root Gu Insect, and looked its skill once again.

“Grey Root Gu Insect, Type Insect, Rank Divine”

“Will teach you the skill poison harden at level 10 and poison Punch at level 20.”

“Poison Harden increases your resistance to all poison by 50 percent and Poison Punch coats your hand with poison. You can also add poison to the tip of a spear, for instance, with the basics of Poison Punch mastered.”

‘Each skill can be mastered a little bit more to increases it’s effects.’ Long SAn nodded his head and picked up the grey body of the Grey Root Gu before cutting its neck.

It died peacefully before a spirit insignia floated over it.

“Level 15 Spirit Insigina, age 800 years. To Absorb, focus your spiritual Qi on it.”

‘It’s time,’ Long San nodded his head and stuck out his hand. HE had died many times by poison, and really couldn’t appreciate this skill enough. Though it seemed like a rather strange decision, Insects were considered one of the highest rank Spirit Pets in tournaments. “Absorption Start!”

Long San’s shirt burst off his body while an insignia appeared in the center of his chest.

It looked like the Grey Root Gu Insect was forcing its way inside him. A moment later, the remains of his black robe fell onto the floor before it entered into his 2nd gate. He felt so much joy it was incredible! He wanted to scream in excitement.

‘Hahaha! I finally have a good skill! Now where the hell is everyone? Shouldn’t someone be watching me?”

Long San had been followed by the spiritualist, Grant, and guided into the room before he abruptly left. In fact, he hadn’t heard a sound since.

‘Strange, I should probably try and go to the exit.’ Long San saw a beautiful girl in a white robe with gorgeous orange hair and waved to her. “Excuse me! Are you a spiritualist? Can you help me?”

“You shouldn’t be in here,” The lady replied, “What is a nice boy like you doing here when the entire place has been shut down? Apparently, a dark angel is in here hiding. Let me escort you out.”

“I can find the exit, hahaha!” Long San’s danger meter instantly sky rocketed. Spiritualist Hall’s only usually had one caretaker, and they were almost always male. The only reason a woman would be in here is if Grant married her, and this woman appeared to be a teenager.

She was very beautiful, but that was the problem. Grant was not the most handsome man in the world! In fact, she was so hot that he was certain there was no way anyone besides a king would be able to get her!

“You sure you don’t want me to escort you out?” The lady pulled up her sleeves and revealed her silky, slender arms. “How about I just tell you the truth. I was sent here by the Dragon Emperor. No need to back away.”

‘She’s definitely an angel! Phoenix Wings get me out of here!’ Long San’s wings instantly appeared on his back before he shot into the air.

He went as fast as he could towards the highest rank Divine beast he spotted in the Spiritualist Hall. It was currently grazing along the side of the mountain and had to be at least level 50. If he got attacked, the spell it was under would instantly make it protect him.

Swoosh!

Long San saw a small boy knocking against the Divine Beasts’ stomach while it peacefully grazed. What was he doing here? Long San soared towards him while he laughed and smiled.

“Haha! It’s so big! It’s huge!” The little boy smiled at the Divine Ranked Silver Night Rhinoceros while it slowly gnarled on some grass. “Haha, This is the best present ever!”

“Little boy! Grab my hand, we’re in danger!” Long San swooped down and landed by the boy. “Kid, what are you doing, grab my hand.”

“You’re running my birthday,” The little boy smacked away Long San’s hand. “Don’t you realize birthdays are only once a year? Go away. Grant will come get me when I’m done,”

‘Ugh, definitely the son of some rich bastard,’ Long San turned around and saw the woman in the white dress slowly walking towards him. “Kid, you like pretty woman? What do you think? Does she look like an angel to you?”

“Tsch, so annoying! My father will kick your ass! He’s in charge of the Turquoise Clan in White Reverence City. Your city is so low ranked I don’t even want to be here! Go away and stop bothering me.”

“Hmm, did you say the Turquoise Clan?” The lady smiled and stepped off her foot before she instantly appeared in front of the little boy. Long San wanted to interfere, but by the time he did, the kids head had already been separated from his body.

“Well, then, shall we talk?” The lady patted Long San on the shoulders. “I’d like to make you an offer, and if you refuse it I’ll cut off your head too? How’s that?”
