The Most Op Protagonist In History - 28 Cliffhanger!
Saksham saw a giant coming from behind the smoke. Saksham had to rub his eyes after he saw the giant. The giant was about 8ft tall, with an inhumanely muscular body and veins popping on the surface of its body like tree roots. That giant had no hairs, no eyes, no mouth, nothing. Just a head and a muscular body. Saksham moved his head and found a short person walking out from behind the giant. Saksham’s eyes widened in shock as he saw that familiar figure. It was Adhiraj. How come he didn’t die after that powerful attack?! He should have been turned to ashes like that Blood Demon. Then how?!
This question was revolving in his head but it was soon answered by Adhiraj, “Good! Very good!! You dare to play pig to eat the tiger! So, you really were a Fire Elemental practitioner! Judging by the power of that last attack, you should be a [Fire Elemental Commander]. Fortunately, my master gave me a life-saving demon, or else I really might have died today. But don’t worry, I will make your life a living hell from now on! I will throw you in a room with Soul Leech and let them suck your soul out till you die! I will make you feel the pain you have never experienced before!”
Adhiraj waved his arms as many runes and symbols formed in the air in front of him. Those runes and symbols looked very complicated. Just trying to look at them would give a person a headache. At this time, Adhiraj suddenly started chanting silently. Saksham was looking at this with a vigilant heart. If he felt that something is going to go bad, he would immediately dodge it. In just a few seconds, Adhiraj opened his eyes and looked at Saksham as if looking at a dead person. He said, “I am not going to waste any more time here.”
As he said this, the runes and symbols combined in the air to form an arrow. That arrow didn’t waste any moment as it flew towards Saksham in a blink of an eye. Saksham was not able to react as the arrow pierced his chest. But the strange this was that Saksham didn’t feel any pain. Forget about pain, Saksham didn’t feel anything at all. He looked at Adhiraj with a questioning look.
But Adhiraj was ever more shocked that Saksham. He could swear on his knowledge that the arrow was supposed to attack Saksham’s soul, giving him pain that would make him pass out. That was a soul attack. But it had no effect on Saksham. Adhiraj looked at Saksham quietly before he condensed 5 more arrows and fired them off towards Saksham all together. And without any surprise, nothing happened to Saksham. Now, Saksham was having doubts if this person in front of him was an idiot or something.
Seeing Adhiraj doubting his life, Saksham understood that due to some reasons, the attacks Adhiraj did had no effect on him. So, without wasting any time, Saksham quietly whispered, “What is that giant?”
And immediately a window popped up

“Where does he keep these things?! And what is this Demonic Soul Orb? What do I do now? Should I run? The entrance is behind my back. If I just turn around and make a dash, I should be safe, right? Seeing its giant figure, I don’t think it will be able to catch up to me. Alright! It’s decided. I am going to run. I just have 6 EP remaining, I can’t take any risks here. The strain of the soul is already pretty heavy. If I use the remaining 6 EP, I don’t know if I can even stay conscious to fight it.” Saksham thought with a dignified look.
Just as Saksham was about to step back, Adhiraj shouted, “Gargantuar, block the entrance!”
With this command, Saksham saw the Gargantuar crouching a little, and then suddenly jumped up high. The place it jumped from was shattered and cracks spread on the group like a spider-web. Dust once again sprang up, forcing Saksham to close his eyes for a second. Without waiting for him to react, Saksham heard an earth-shattering sound behind him. The ground trembled as if a building had collapsed. Turning back, Saksham saw the giant standing at the entrance, blocking it completely. Seeing, this Saksham knew that a fight was inevitable now.
Adhiraj looked at the stupefied Saksham and couldn’t help but laugh, “Do you think I don’t know what was going inside that head of yours? But oh well, now that your escape route is blocked, where can you run to now, little rat?”
Saksham really wasn’t sure what to do now. If what he thought was right, then right now, that Gargantuar could easily block any kind of Elemental attack he does. As he doesn’t have much EP left, he can’t make any more attacks that are stronger than [Elemental Commander]. With his last attack and Adhiraj’s comment, Saksham understood that the level of his fire attack was about [Elemental Commander]. So, with the remaining 6 EP, the most he could do now was do the same amount of damage again, but Saksham was pretty sure that it would be useless now. The Gargantuar had easily blocked off his last attack and protected Adhiraj. Although he should have used his “Buff Up” ability for that, for it to come unharmed shows that it is pretty strong even without its ability.
Suddenly, Adhiraj raised his right arm and suddenly palm of his hand lit off with runes and symbols floating above it. Adhiraj chanted for a bit and threw his palm out towards Saksham. Not even being able to react, the runes touched Saksham’s body and disappeared. Saksham suddenly had a bad feeling all of a sudden.
“Even if you do manage to escape, that thing will help me track you again even if you have escaped to the edge of the world.” Adhiraj sneered.
Right now, Saksham was really panicked. He wanted to ask more questions to the system, but that would consume his EP, decreasing his chances to survive today. He was really having a headache now.
“And if I accidentally find any of your loved ones, I am going to torture them too. You will pay for killing my precious Blood Demon.” Adhiraj laughed maniacally.
Hearing this, Saksham’s body shuddered. Not due to fear, but due to anger. Even a dragon has a reverse scale which if touched, will make the dragon go on a rampage. For Saksham, his family was his reverse scale. And hearing someone say that he will kill his loved ones, Saksham felt as if there was a volcano about to erupt in his body. Saksham took a deep breath and calmed himself down. When he opened his eyes, he looked at Adhiraj with a cold gaze. His eyes were so cold that Adhiraj felt as if he was stared by a wild beast. Adhiraj found that under that gaze, it was hard to even swallow his own spit.
Shaking his head, Adhiraj shouted, “What are you looking at? Kill this puny human!!!”
With his command, Gargantuar started to run towards Saksham with loud explosive sounds, leaving giant holes on the ground wherever it stepped. At this moment, Saksham found out that as the closer the Gargantuar came to him, the calmer his heart became. Saksham looked at Gargantuan with a smile and said…..
