So now Ao Ming was asking his master how to better improve it, but the only answer he got was “If you are a bladesman, you will know when to change your attacks and hit where it truly hurts them.”, followed by Elder Xi turning his back on him, as he simply walked off into the distance and sit down as well, before putting a restriction around him, to prevent anyone from bothering him.
Seeing this, Ao Ming felt the urge to beat him up, but he knew that he would even have the chance to think, before he was defeated by a saber strike that would throw him into the distance, even if Elder Xi sealed his cultivation, the result would be the same, so he simply made a mental note of this grievance, as he sat down to try and understand those words.
On an entirely different place were Elder He and Ao Tian sitting and playing chess as they chat happily and even drunk some wine.
When they srank wine they seemed to be friends, when they talked they were master and disciple, discussing the dao, and while they played chess, they seemed to be rivals, or in other words, a novice trying to defeat an expert, and making him his rival on his own.
Suddenly a palm strike attacked Ao Tian, as he was sent flying back. From the power of this palm strike, were the walls normal, they would be shattered.
Ao Tian got up with some blood on a corner of his mouth, he cleaned it with his sleeve, and simply sat again, drinking some wine and making his move on the board.
The moment he was going to place a chess piece onto the board, as he looked deep into concentration and was trying to think ahead of his own moves, he attacked towards Elder He, but his attack was completely ineffective, in fact even before it could get close to Elder He, it was completely destroyed in midair.
Seeing this Ao Tian felt some dissatisfaction and clicked his tongue in annoyance.
Noticing Ao Tian’s behaviour, Elder He shook his heas as he suddenly punched towards him again, and he was sent flying yet again.
Seeing this Elder He seemed to be the one bow that shoom his head in dissatisfaction.
He slowly and calmly said “When one makes a move, others cannot know that you were about to do it, and the attack has to be fatal. Only then can you get rid of the strongest ones first. That is what I always told you, yet you are still so obvious and can’t even manage to suprise me, everything still under my calculations.”
Ao Tian simply smiled wryly at his words and began to once again wall towards his chair and make his chess move yet again, only to be sent flying again.
This happened many times, as if it was sjmly a cycle.
On Ao Huang’s side it was no different, the only difference being that there wad extra victim there.
The black birds was bullied by the white tiger, who was making it dodge its vicious attacks and nimbly attack at the same time. But in the end, the black bird had no chance to even dodge, before it was being bitten onto, and the white tiger seemingly tasting and appraising its blood and meat.
And from time to time, the white tiger would even make a few formations, righteously exclaiming that the enemy woulf not wait for it to prepare and simply kill it as fast as it could.
This terrified the black bird and made it start to work even harder.
On the other hand, Ao Huang was being submitted to the same training, only under a whip that created countless formations with even more variations.
All this while Ao Huang and the black bird were made to coordinate to destroy the formations that appeared from time to time, while dodging or analysing the formations of the two and even the ones that appeared.
The one having it tougher was Ao Yitian.
He was stubborn and aimed higher than his own limits, without never gave up in the end, persevering through it all.
He was made to understand sword moves that changed constantly, that could rip him appart at any moment, while swinging his sword that weighed many times more than normal, while listening to Ao Lin correcting his mistakes, and clearing his doubts.
