The Nine Lords Of Order - Chapter 13

Aila delicate snow white figure was revealed. She was very beautiful, her breast were not small but weren’t too big either. Her blond hair cascaded into her shoulders, barely covering the most important places on her chest. As Mars saw her, his mind went blank and wild thoughts were flying through his head.

After Aila’s clothes fell to the ground, Mars behaved like a gentleman and did not let her continue standing. Immediately he took her to the bed and gently kissed her eyes, her cheeks and her lips. But he could feel a salty, moist taste on Aila’s face. Sighing, Mars pulled away from her and looked at her gently in the eyes as he wiped the tears from her cheeks.

“Aila …”

“No, do not say a thing!” Aila, felt very sad. Mars was going to a place away from her. She wanted to give him something so he could always remember her. But she kept crying like an idiot. Many times she thought with whom she would marry, and every time she thought about it… Mars annoying face would appear on her head. Although he was a little bad and always annoyed her, she could feel his affection in everything he did for her.

Taking the initiative she placed her arms around Mars neck and started kissing him. Both of them ripped apart their clothes and tightly hugged each other…

The atmosphere in the room soon turned erotic and soft gasps and moans echoed in the room.

Two hours passed…

‘It’s time for me to go’ Mars turned to look at Aila who was exhausted and was sleeping with a small frown on her face. After hesitating for awhile, Mars reached for the pendant on his chest. He took it off and gently placed it on Aila’s neck. ‘I had this pendant ever since I was found as a baby. It has always been with me and it’s probably the key to who I am. Hold it for me until I come back alright? It’s very important…’ After whispering soft words into her ears, he gently kissed her cheek.

Then the sound of a door opening and then closing was heard. He had left.

A few seconds later Aila opened her eyes and tightly gripped the pendant. ‘Alright, I’ll hold it for you’

Hours later everyone had left. Mars and Ena went to the central continent while the three remaining siblings went back home.

Flying on top of a giant eagle, the Elder from Loftycloud started explaining all sorts of information regarding the central territories and its current situation. It turned she was here because she accompanied her master to the expedition for the divine treasure which is rumored to be somewhere within the Rocky Peaks. However things suddenly got too bloody and dangerous so she left.

Later, she heard about three chosen suddenly appearing in these lands, so she immediately went to pick them up before the other powers did. Although chosen were not as rare in the central territories as they were in the southern territories, it wasn’t as if they were common either.

“As you might know, all three palaces; the Sword Palace, Night Sky Palace and the LoftyCloud Palace are very close to each other and we consider ourselves a single entity. So once we arrive to LoftyCloud you will be presented with a choice. You can chose joining any of the three palaces. The Sword Palace, obviously focuses on the sword. However you don’t need to have a sword path in order to join, as long as the sword is your weapon, you can join. Among the three palaces they possess the greatest offensive power.”

The Night Sky Palace focuses on dark, wind and water attributes. There you can learn many arts of disguise, escaping arts, and even assassination. This world is very dangerous and there are many people who can’t defend themselves. The Night Sky palace is in charge of keeping wars from happening between kingdoms and assassinating evil doers. Mortals are the foundation of our world so we can’t have idiots killing indiscriminately.”

Then there is the LoftyCloud Palace. This is the place where I belong to. LoftyCloud has no specific field, but it specializes in everything. However if you must point something out, LoftyCloud is the place were the weapons and medicines for the other two palaces are produced. This does not mean we just do production, among the three factions, LoftyCloud has always been the leading one.” As she said this, she had a proud look on her usually calm face.

Then she proceeded to give them a few warnings about the five clans; The Softsnow Clan, Goldflame Clan, Grimblood Clan, Windkeep Clan and Violetspirit Clan. A few years ago, although the clans and the palaces did not particularly get along, there weren’t any major conflicts either.

However, everything changed ten years ago. Three grand phenomenons appeared and all living creatures in this world trembled in fear before them. Everyone thought a great cataclysm was coming. In the end, several beams of light fell all over the continent. One of them being a white divine sword.

A war broke out between the three palaces and five clans. Although the joint forces of the five clans were stronger, they weren’t as united. In the end, the three palaces won the conflict and the sword palace was designated to guard the divine sword. However during the war, blood kept flowing like a river. Millions died and a death feud was born between the three palaces and five clans.

“So if you meet anyone from the five clans, kill them without mercy! They will try to kill you as well. If you hesitate, it’s you who might get killed first.” She had quite a shady look in her eyes as she talked about the great war.

“If a divine treasure is found on the Rocky Peaks The southern territories will be bathed in blood. You leaving that place is for the best.”

“Maars my parents and siblings” Ena suddenly became worried. She had a bad premonition about this.

“Don’t worry. The Kingdom of Lugasta is nothing much compared to those big powers, so they will not bother dealing with them. I know your father well, he knows when to advance and when to retreat. So you shouldn’t worry about them.” Mars smiled and consoled her while holding her hand. He truly wasn’t worried about it, but he still decided to change the topic. ” Elder, may I ask how long will it take for us to arrive to LoftyCloud Palace?”

“Two or four weeks. Many times while flying we will encounter flocks of demon birds. Some of them might be quite fierce so they might slow us down.” The young woman responded with her calm and almost bland voice.

‘This person is very weird! She looks very lofty and uninterested in everything, but she speaks quite a lot. She looks super young as well’ Mars inwardly thought. Ranking up slowed down the aging process, so it was not weird to meet young looking experts. However aging never stopped! Her being so strong despite being so young meant she still had a great future ahead of her.

Suddenly Mars felt an hostile gaze on him. However when he turned to look for the source, the hostile gaze had disappeared. He looked at Louis for a second before he turned his gaze towards the shady looking youth. ‘Its him? What the hell did I do?’ Then he went back to not giving a care. But a few moments later he felt the hostile gaze again.

With a frown on his face, Mars did what any insensitive person would do at that moment. “Hey punk! Why are throwing hostile gaze at me? Did I do something? And why did you pulled out your bad intentions so fast? Did you thought I wouldn’t notice? You coward! You stupid and depressing looking loser! Come here! I’ll beat you up!” Mars pointed his finger straight at the shady looking youth and started yelling at him.

Louis eyes went wide when he heard the curses coming from Mars. ‘He looks so elegant and refined. His appearance is perfect How can he speak like that and yell like an idiot? Even if he noticed hostility coming from that shady looking guy It’s normal considering the talent he showed’

Even the Elder from LoftyCloud was startled by the sudden yell. ‘Wasn’t this boy a polite one?’

Ena’s face flushed a bit. But she was already used to Mars’ behaviour.

The shady looking youth was shocked for a second before getting angry. ‘What’s wrong with this punk? Is he not a noble? Why is his speech so wild?’

Mars did not care about what the others thought. When he was learning at the Kingdom’s palace, he had learnt about the stereotypical behaviours of nobles. If they don’t like you they usually salute you with an hypocritical smile or throw evil gazes at you. This is a way for the hostile party to tell his enemy that ‘he should stay vigilant! Who knows when I’ll deal with you!’

Mars was not about to play this stupid game so he yelled at this idiot who wanted to play with gazes.

“Beat me up? Just you? Let’s fight then!” The shady looking youth suddenly revealed his aura.

Louis was shocked. Then sighed. It seemed as if he was the weakest among the chosen.

Mars eyes narrowed. He did not expect this guy to be a rank 3. However he was not afraid. At most this guy would have a power level around 1000. Even if he couldn’t beat the other party, he was confident of not being defeated. After all, one of his greatest strengths was speed. This gave him the ability to control the pace of a battle and run away whenever he wanted. However they were currently flying on a giant eagle It would not be wise to have a confrontation here…

“Are you an idiot? Can you tell we’re flying? How can we fight here? Showing off your aura like a moron! What are planning? Killing us all?” Mars did to not back down and opted for a verbal attack instead.

“Elder, this guy is trying to cause trouble!” With an indignant expression, Mars pointed his finger at the shady looking youth.

“Nonsense! You challenged me first!”

“Shut up!” Finally the young woman lost her temper. “Are you kids? Once we arrive to the three palaces it will be hard for you to even meet! You are forbidden from speech until we arrive!”

Mars opened his mouth to say something but looking at the glare from this woman he thought the wisest choice was to shut up.

The shady looking youth snorted and shot a glare at Mars. He kept staring at Mars with his ugly look which annoyed the shit out of Mars. ‘Just you wait! You think you will be the stereotypical villain and cause trouble for me? Just you wait! I will be the first to cause trouble for you!’ Mars thought as he started cooking plots against this guy.

After a few weeks, they finally arrived to their destination!
