The Numbers That Brought Our Fates Together - 297 To My Great Readers!
Dear readers! April 8 is my birthday, and I’m not sure if I have enough time to write a new chapter, so I want to thank you now.
This is my second birthday, which I am going to celebrate with you, and I am immensely grateful for your support, feedback and emotions that you are sharing with me. All this gives a great charge of energy, motivation and inspiration to write further. Thank you. ^_^
You all know about the current situation in the world, both economic and epidemiological, so I wish you to remain healthy and confident that everything will be fine.
Our brain is designed so that it easily notices danger. This is genetically embedded in us; otherwise, humanity would not have survived. Good things and events do not threaten us in any way, so the brain focuses on them less than on bad ones. Just keep that in mind.
If you suddenly feel fear, insecurity or discomfort from the situation in which we all find ourselves, look inside yourself. The more unstable the world is outside, the more stable you must be inside.
Calm the anxiety of your brain and show it examples of how you control the situation. Make a list of things that you and only you can influence on. This is what you eat, how much you sleep, what you read and what you think about. The brain will see that much is in its power and calm down.
So you will experience much less stress, and you can help not only yourself but also the people around you.
Give half an hour or an hour a day for yourself.
1. For your body. Maybe you have long wanted to learn how to dance to your favorite song, or try yoga? Or maybe you wanted to make yourself have a habit to do some daily exercises? Push up 100 times or do beautiful makeup? Think about what good things you can do for your body to show it that everything is fine.
2. For your mind. Maybe you have long wanted to learn Japanese, brush up your math, or learn to write with a second hand? Show your mind that it can work and develop in any situation.
3. For your soul. Have you wanted to read a book for a long time, take a course on personal growth or learn time management in order to use your time more productively? Allow yourself to finally do this.
Talking about this, I do not discover any truth. I just wish you think about it again.
Difficult times pass, and the skills that we learned, the ideas that we came up with at that time, remain and serve us further.
Therefore, on my birthday, I want to wish you confidence, inspiration and calm. Everything will be fine. And if your brain decides to sabotage this thought, then you now know how to calm it down. Just show it what it is the master of and it will relax.
Take care of yourselves, be happy and thank you for your support.
Be the only true Master of your life.
Yours faithfully,
Anya.
