“I can stay here?”

“Of course, as a sign of gratitude.”

Hiro was not believing, he got all of this just by punching a barrier. Miwa was somewhat conflicted but didn’t speak out loud.

“Okay, you can call me Haugust, it’s a pleasure to meet you, Hiro.”

“Nice to meet you too, Haugust-san.”

“San? What’s this for?”

“Oh, it’s nothing.”

Both of them kept talking to each other while Miwa went to her bedroom.

Her room had nothing except for the bed and a bookshelf, she didn’t have things she liked.

The content of the books were all about magic and curiosities from other places.

She grabbed a white book, then she opened it. In the book’s cover was saying ‘The White Field and It’s Magic’, this book described the snowy fields in some kingdoms. The white and cold sand that existed in territories she wished to go was an old dream of hers. Her father said that her mother came from a snowy kingdom, and going there was her dream since she was a child.

But, when her mother died, she gave up her dreams. People from that white country actually came to take her mother’s life. She didn’t know the details, nor what her mother made to deserve this.

With her mother’s death, her father, Haugust, started to care more about her. He was always worried that something might happen to her, so he would order the guards to be beside her all the time. The last training trip was an exception, she didn’t want to have someone always protecting her, that was why she wanted to go with her companions.

But, this was a wrong move, she couldn’t have imagined that those ‘friends’ would betray her, locking her up in a cave, letting her die there.

Luckily, Hiro showed up and saved her, if not, she couldn’t even revenge herself and her mother.

Leaving her room, she went to the guest room, where her father and Hiro were talking.

Nearing the room, she didn’t hear any voices.

“Did they leave?”

Stepping into the room, she saw that both were seated and not talking.

“Ehm..”

“Uhmm..”

“Are you two without subjects to talk about?”

Realizing that Miwa was back, both of them answered at the same time.

“No!”

“No!”

After a while in silence.

“Erhmm, right! Let me show your bedroom, you will be impressed!”

Haugust broke the ice first and left first, Hiro was after him.

Suddenly, a guard came making a lot of noise.

“Master! The son of Norman’s family is here!”

Turning, Haugust’s face was unusually cold.

“What is he doing here?! I told you to not let him come here!”

“But, Master, they’ve come with the head of the family too!”

“Tsk, let them come in.”

The guard opened the front door, a man in his forties and a young one came.

“Ohh, Minister Haugust, it has been some time, how are you doing?” the older man said.

“Haha, it has indeed been some time, not that I missed you. Just kidding. How are you?” Haugust answered.

“Hehe, let’s not continue with this warm conversation. I have some important things to talk with you.” after saying this, he looked at Miwa, then looked at the young man beside her. “May I know who is this young man?”

“He is a great friend of mine and my daughter, why are you asking?”

A thin smile emerged from the man.

“Nothing, just asking. Can we go to the important matter?”

“Go on.”

“Shouldn’t you bring me a cup of tea?”

Smiling evilly, Haugust said.

“Why? I think you are not thirsty, of course, it’s just my guess. If you want some, there’s still a little in the kitchen, you can go there and serve yourself.”

“Hehe, I’m not thirsty anymore. Let’s talk about your daughter.”

While the older where talking, the son of the Norman family were staring at Miwa. Hiro saw that his gaze was not normal.

“Why are you looking at her like this?!”

Both the elders stopped and looked at Hiro. Miwa was surprised, she was feeling uncomfortable with that man’s gaze.

“Why? I can’t look at my future woman anymore?”

When he said that, the first to say something was Haugust.

“What woman?! I don’t care who he is, without my consent, she won’t marry!”

“Calm down, minister. Actually, this is the reason I’m here for. You see, my son is actually brilliant, he was on the top ten in his academy, he will inherit all of my possessions. As a noble, he has good manners-”

Miwa interrupted him.

“I won’t marry this guy.”

Miwa didn’t say anything, Haugust was almost exploding and the father of the norman family was looking at his son in approval.

Suddenly, Hiro spoke some strange things to Miwa.

“Hey, I will ask your permission first, but, regardless of your answer, I will do it anyway.”

Clenching his fist, rage was obvious in his eyes. He walked slowly to the son.

“What, are going to beat me? Hahaha.”

Seeing that Hiro wasn’t stopping at all, he decided to attack first.

When the son was going to attack, Hiro’s eyes were stained with red. After his pupils became red, they then turned yellow, then blue and finally they became pure black.

“Haha, try to evade this!”

At the moment the son was going to hit Hiro, Hiro’s fist ignited. With a black flame all over his hands, there was no burning sensation, just the desire to punch someone.

As if time stopped, Hiro avoided the son’s attack with lightning speed.

With his black burning fist, he used his maximum force in that punch. It was made to destroy.
