Chapter 1: Big G and Dash

Part 3, 2000 – 3000 Words

“You saved my life, I will help you pay back the money, consider us even. Never in my life have I met a man such as yourself, and I hope that I never do again.”

So Gregarious Guo left.

But where should he go? Although he still had his sword, and his clothes were still new, his white horse was gone. All he had left was a few pieces of silver. He could not only not afford the best inns anymore, even if he slept on the floor in front of the fire and only ate steamed buns, he only had enough to last for a few days.

Did Big G feel worried or upset?

Nope, not at all.

Seriously, with such talent, how could Big G ever go hungry?

So he found the best restaurant around, and enjoyed an amazing meal, with the best food and drinks he could order.

After such a great meal, who wouldn’t would be feeling good, not to mention he was a little tipsy. Even the most annoying people appeared somewhat charming to him in this state.

So he left all of the money he had left with the charming little waiter. He walked out that door with clean pockets, scrubbed clean, nothing left.

Where would he eat his next meal? He hadn’t the slightest idea.

But what did that matter? Things would work out, when a door shuts, there is always a window. What mattered in this moment was finding a nice place to get some sleep.

“Tomorrow is a new day. No matter what happens, I can take care of it. Why worry about tomorrow when you can enjoy tonight?”

With a yawn, Big G heartily strolled into the best guesthouse the city had to offer.

He forgot just one thing.
