The Perfect War Story……. - Chapter 102
A sneek peek to new book (Married to My Enemy)
It was one of the most exotic desinations, for a wedding where only a few selected celebrities could afford to get married. The resort was located on a beautiful island, surrounded with blue water from all sides. The only way to reach this island with the main city was through gigantic boats, arramged by the resort itself.
Only the most extravagent weddings were organized in this location, which was always covered by media and made to publicize to the entire world. Such was the wedding location decided by Austin and Linda’s families and friends, who were more than excited for the wedding. It was arranged in a span of one day, and in just another thirty minutes, the wedding ceremony was about to begin.
It was stunning combination of endless sandy beaches, warm crystal clear waters, rolling hills and lush green valleys. A voyage through time from primitive Neolithic settlements, to ancient Greek city kingdoms, isolated Byzantine Monasteries and magnificent Crusader Castles.
From elegant candelabras to rustic vintage crates, the beach side wedding was probably no less than a fairy tale moment come true.
Unnder a small wooden canopy was to illuminate a golden, Somerset stone barn than with a chandelier made up of tiny, flickering fairy lights. The statement glowing lighting made the place look utterly unforgettable and feel as close to a fairytale as they do to reality.
There wete tall blossom trees in several corner, with tiny silver balls hanging down from it. The fresh morning sunlight, made them look like little glowing stars under the beautiful blossom trees. In front of the aisle were several chairs and tables on which shiny silver candelabra were placed to complement the venue’s existing style. Finished with elegant roses, softening gypsophila and garlands of crystal beads, they enhanced the glittering effect of the chandeliers above. As a result it was a wedding reception that was chic, stylish and super luxurious.
Several musicions were already gathered in one corner, playing a melodious music, while a few media people were gathered in the other corner waiting for the ceremony to begin.
Soon the guests dressed elegantly had started to pour in and had started to seat themselves in there respective seats, while both the families of bride and groom were now talking to the guests.
Meanwhile….
Inside one of the luxurious rooms of the same resort, a handsome man dressed in a black tuxedo with a matching bow tie in wine color was standing in front of the mirror looking at his reflection. His handsome face looked a bit perplexed, while he swiped his hair back with a hair brush. He did not look like the usual groom as there was a hint of confusion and anxiety on his face. “What the hell is happening? Am I actually getting married?” He murmered looking at hos reflection yet again.
A dapper designer suit, matching leather shoes and rose cold cufflinks, made him look like a hollywood actor. “Should I do it?” He whispered in much nervouseness, pressing his head with his fingers. “I don’t think, I have any other option.”
He was constantly talking to himself in much meloncholy. “This is all too grand. The moment I agreed for the wedding, my mother went crazy. Now all important guests, co- workers and politicians are here. If I step back, it will bring a bad name to the conpany. Also, I need to win that liquor case from Linda, so I cannot take back my words now. Sigh! But… This is the second night I have slept so peacefully. What is it in her, that she makes me sleep?” Austin constantly murmered, when suddenly he heard his room’s door open.Find authorized novels in , faster updates, better experience, Please click #……._14222332706753005/volume-2_50859030607885186 for visiting.
“Ohhh brother!!! Look at you! So damn handsome.” Smith entered the room looking at Austin in much happiness. The moment he entered the room he literally pounced upin Austin, hugging him tightly. “Did I tell you, how happy I am brother.”
Austin patted Smith’s back nodding his head. “Yeah, only like a million times since yesterday.”
“Haha! What can I do? My best friend is getting married. Brother, this is the best decision you have ever made in your life. Linda is an amazing girl for you and magically, you also can fall asleep with her. I had a word with the therapist and he says, the girl produces such hormones in your body which relaxes your mind, thus making you fall asleep. Can you believe it? Not only did you get the girl of your dreams, but also your ilmess is cured. This is a sign of true love.” Smith grinned happily, not leaving Austin from his embrace.
Austin took a deep breath and patted Smith’s back. He did not tell Smith that he had infact hacked Linda’s phone to collect all the information from it and also, he was just being loving to her to win the case. “Thank you bro.” He spoke in a dull voice.
Smith could feel a bit of dullness in Austin’s voice and he frowned releasing him from his embrace. “Are you alright? You look a bit sad.”
“Oh yeah.. yeah man… just.. just a bit overwhelmed…” Austin fumbled not looking in Smith’s eyes. “I did not expect to get married so soon and that too with Linda.”
“Oh, but you did propose to her. Isn’t it.” Smith frowned looking at Austin’s face.
“Yes… yes of course. I am happy, just a bit in shock.” Austin forced a smile on his face and then looked at Smith. “You look so handsome dude.”
Smith who was dressed in a blue tuxedp grinned, adjusting his collar. “Haha! Thanks bro. I hope, Sheryl likes it. I co-ordinated my color with her and its a surprise.”
Austin wanted to roll his eyes as his friend’s mushy talk but he yet again forced a smile. “Thats lovely! My brother is in love.” He patted Smith’s shoulder looking at his happy face.
“Yes. Ofcourse I am. Just the way you are in love with Linda.” Smith grinned and then patted Austin’s back. “It is time bro. Come let us go.”
Austin gulped in nervouseness looking at smith. He had this strong urge to reveal everything to him, but he knew that Smith would strongly disaaprove of his actions and might even cancel his plans. “Let us go then.”
Austin nodded his head and they both walked out of the luxurious room of the resort, towards a long glass corridor which straight away lead to the venue of the wedding. The entire corridor was decorated with glass vases, full of elegant lillies.
Austin looked at the crowd sitting on the chair facing the aisle and he gulped in nervouseness. “Ohk. This is too much. There are more than 500 people out here. This is too grand.”
“Of course. Two most famous lawyers of country are getting married so the entire media is excited to cover it. We wanted the world to know about it.” Smith grinned looking at the fabulous arrangements.
“Yeah. Right.” Austin nodded his head and wiped away the sweat from his forehead. Soon the two men were already walking on the glass path connecting to the aisle, while the entire crowd stood up walking and cheering for Austin.
Austin smiled waving at the crowd as he walked amidst the beautiful flower laden vases, amd halted next to the priest standing on the aisle.
The grand music suddenly mellowed down and there was a giant rain of flowers from the canopy above the people sitting. They all turned and looked at the bride who was now alteady walking on the roses covered path, accompained by her cousin and a few friends behind her.
As soon as Austin’s gaze fell upon Linda, his breath was taken away. The girl looked extremely beautiful and enchanting, making his heart to beat rapididly.
Her long curly hair were tied in a neat bun, with a few lose strands hanging on sides of her face. Her white mermaid wedding dress shape looked most flirtatious silhouete, since it was extremely fitted throughout the bust, waist, and hɨpsalmost like shapewear. The exiquisite gown was enhancing her hourglass figure and his heart shaped neck, gave a peek of her allurimg cleavage. The attention-grabbing silhouette flaresld out at the knees dragging on the floor behind her.
The entire gown was embedded with beautiful pearls, while a beautiful diamond tiara was fixed on her head. A beautifully carved veil was hanging in front of her head, giving a view of her adorable face.
Her face had a tiny hint of makeup and a wine colored lip- shade, giving her a sultry yet innocent look. Her eyes were covered in mascara, while her face was glowing beautifully in the falling sun rays. Linda lifted her eyes and glanced at Austin who was standing on the alter looking at her with his mouth wide open. While everybody clapped for the happy bride, Linda covered the distance between her and Austin in much excitement.
