The Pirate Djinn - Chapter 2 Birth
In East Blue there is an island known as Alma Torran; It has four villages that surrounds a towering mountain known as Mt Alma, its believed that a demon used to live at its peak and the villagers are quite scared to climb up and find out since anyone who did has never comeback.
In a small house near the harbor in the SouthValley village, a tensed and anxious man can be seen pacing around. After few minutes a cry was heard from inside the house and the man charged in anxiously, to see his wife on the bed with an newborn baby on her hands.
“Congratulations, you have a healthy and strong son. The mother is fine she just needs to rest for some days” said the nurse who was standing next to the bed.
“Thanks!” said the man as he moved next to his wife. “How are you feeling?” he asked his wife
“I am fine Dear, just tired” she said with a kind smile on her face as she gazed at the baby in her arms.
“Looks like our baby’s got your hair colour ” said man as he takes the baby. “What do you want to name him? Didn’t you already have a name you decided on?”
“Yes Dear, Lets call him Nate” said the lady weakly
“Great, He will be know as Nate. D Walker” declared the man as he raised the baby into the air.
“Now, you need to take some rest ” said the man to his wife.

Three years passed by since then, and the world has descended into chaos due to the dying words of the ‘Pirate King’ Gold Roger “You want my treasure? You can have it! I left everything I gathered together in one place. Now you’ll just have to find it!”
These words lured men to the GrandLine in pursuit of dreams greater than they ever dared to imagine. This led to beginning of the ‘Great Pirate Era’.

Nate started to completely recall his memories from his past life when he turned two years old.
‘My memories are getting more vivid and clearer as days pass, It was delayed by two years due to the growth of my brain, my brain has to be around 80% of an adults by now and its able to handle the memory overlord’
As Nate sat in garden pondering his mother starts to call him for lunch. “Nate!!! Come on in.. Its time for lunch”
“Yes mom!!” Nate goes into the house while thinking about what Mr Void had told him before his reincarnation. ‘He said something about special gifts , when does he plan on giving me that’
He went to wash his hands and sat on the table together with his mother and father. His father’s name is Leon D. Walker and his mother’s is Lilly D. Saul. His father is of decent build and looks around late 30s, he has thick beard and mustache and black hair that’s cut short. His mother looks like she is in her late 20s with fair skin and beautiful face, but the most striking feature is her hair which deep sea blue which her son has inherited. His father is a blacksmith while his mother is a tailor. The family of three is doing fine since his father makes some decent money from all the business that has been increasing since the Pirate Era began, both the pirates and the Marines come for weapons and it is quite profitable.
“Nate, I got a gift for you since its your Birthday tomorrow and I won’t be here since I have to set sail tonight and won’t be back for few months” his father said as he gave him a small box.
“Thanks Dad” Nate opened the box and found a pitch black ring within.
“Its made out Kairoseki and nigh indestructible, I had some left over after making some weapons for the Marines” his father said as he ate.
Nate was happy with the gift his dad gave him as he continued admiring it.
“Enough starting at it and start eating your food already!!” scolded his mother.
After lunch Nate was wondering what he could do with his free time when he suddenly remembered the name of this Island which seemed familiar as he tried to remember rest of the bed time story his mother told him yesterday night.
‘Alma Torran…Demon.. wait isn’t that the name of the destroyed world from the anime Magi, maybe something set up Mr.Void after all he did say that this world is bit different from the one I know. Maybe I should try climbing the mountain.’
