The Princess’ Bedroom Doll -R19 - Chapter 94
A moment of silence passed. Shed slowly opened his mouth.
“Where are you from?”
“West,”
“And you?””
“I’m from the Kingdom of Eiffelland…..”
At that moment, anger spilled out of Shed.
The slaves looked down at Shed’s feet, freaked out. Although their branding had made them weak to begin with, they were still very afraid to raise their heads.
No matter how you look at it, the reason for that royal lord’s cold stare as they stared at them seemed to be jealousy. They felt that they might possibly be poisoned or beaten. Simply because the royal lord was madly in love with the portrait of the Princess and willingly agreed to be her bedroom slave.
Shed thought of Raha. The imperial princess who wished to die every time and nothing else, whose maid said, ‘The health of the imperial princess was really not good…….’
That imperial princess who made them testify that.
Eiffelland was located in the western part of the kingdom conquered by the empire.
After all, that was one of the only things these slaves had in common.
They were from the West.
The silver-haired slave would not have been allowed to live. She didn’t want to hear that her prized doll had run away and looked very hurt because she didn’t want to be pitied in any sense of the word. So she chose the slaves from the west?
What time did she say she would be back today?
Shed decided to go out and look for her. Shed got up from his chair.
“……My lord? Oh my god!”
Oliver’s voice rang in his ear. Then another voice came out. It was Branden, who had been following Oliver around lately.
He, too, rolled his eyes at the sight of Shed and the two chamber slaves standing in front of him.
“Oh my god, my lord! No matter if you’re a lord, it’s a little ……!”
Branden swallowed the rest of the words, “Isn’t it a little unseemly?”
What would you do if you made the Princess’ slaves suffer so much that they were under pressure?”
“Someone has bullied them into a tight squeeze.”
Shed gasped.
“Why did you come here?”
“Oh, I was given an entry title as Master Oliver’s number one apprentice. I can only enter when Master Oliver is present, but anyway.”
Shed knew for a fact that Branden had roasted and stewed Oliver. Shed looked at Oliver, who was still looking at him with shocked eyes.
“My knight is causing trouble for the palace doctor, isn’t he?”
“….. eh? No.”
Oliver answered and sent the slaves quickly away. It was clear from the way he checked their abdomens that he suspected Shed had kicked them in the stomach.
“Why did you come to this palace?”
“What?”
It was quite funny for the boy, who was always following him worrying about his mental health, to be wary of him. It was understandable why Raha was particularly generous with Oliver.
Shed chuckled at the thought of making Oliver look like an angry bird as if he would come to kill him the night he came to see the Princess to check how well Shed took care of her.
Oliver would have gone after Raha and clung to the idea that this marriage was still a bad idea.
“I just came to see your face. I’m curious about the slaves. I have no malice toward you.”
“Bullshit ……”
Oliver shuddered at the shameless lie. In fact, before coming to this detached palace, Oliver went to the main palace where Raha was working with Jamela.
After getting Raha’s approval, he almost fainted.
It was because Raha had been sick for a week. He had to remind her to do less physical activities. He was afraid Shed might really kill her from physical exhaustion.
Shed tilted his chin lightly at Oliver, who was shivering, unable to say such a thing for the life of him.
“I see you’ve grown to dislike me even more after not seeing me for a week.”
Oliver was surprised. He managed his expression strictly in front of the other nobles, but he was somewhat loose in front of this royal lord. It seemed that Branden, his knight, was also caught off guard.
“No, what do you mean, my lord?”
Shed chuckled at the polite retort. He patted Oliver roughly on the head.
“Rest assured I won’t do anything Raha won’t like.”
“……?”
“Huh?”
Shed quickly took his gaze away from Oliver.
“Branden. Send a letter to Hildes.”
“If not, His Royal Highness……”
Oliver’s eyes slowly began to grow wide as he watched Shed move away from Branden.
“……?”

Raha barely gulped down a cup of the potion Oliver had made for her with tearful eyes full of concern.
‘Is Oliver trying to poison me?’
How day in and day out the medicine was so bitter…….
She continued to check the papers in the morning, walked around the garden with Jamela, and on her way back to the office again, she saw Duke Esther from a distance.
He had always been one of the most prestigious aristocrats and had many people around, but since the recent event, the wave of people around him had become like a cloud.
Raha went in without looking long, but there was one person who couldn’t take his eyes off her.
It was Severo.
He was quite perplexed when he heard the results of the meeting.
‘How can it flow so favorably to the Princess?’
He couldn’t believe that while he was away, the Princess was no longer an alcoholic and became perfect again.
It didn’t matter that she was sometimes broken. In the end, he didn’t have a problem with her external behavior. It didn’t matter what Duke Esther’s intentions were, whether it was dislike or hatred of Raha.
In the end though, Duke Esther made a decision that benefited Raha, and Duke Winston also acted in a way that benefited Raha, although he said it was for his own ambition.
Even if it was not for the sake of favoritism toward Raha, it did not change the fact that in the end she gained the support of the great nobility in whatever sense.
Hence …….
‘The Princess is still very dangerous.’
Severo stepped over to see Lesis.

It was some time later.
“Princess is this way, My lord.”
Shed looked at the spacious palace. This was a place he had never seen before, even when he was her bedroom slave long ago.
“The First Emperor is waiting for you inside.”
A request came in from the Ministry of the Interior that Raha and Shed had to greet the previous Emperor together because he was engaged to be married to the Princess.
This was honestly strange. Be so old-fashioned in his manners. This was the first emperor who had never looked for Raha before. How could he, who knew that the twin would force Raha to bed a bedroom slave, but never said a word, wanted to meet them together?
Shed was just full of derision and had no other thoughts. Raha glanced up at Shed. He looked down at her. Raha tried to smile, only to lift her chin and kiss Shed’s cheek.
“……!”
The Imperial Palace attendants who had followed behind hastily avoided their gazes. And with a smile Raha carried her steps again.
The previous Emperor’s eyes would see this man’s true face.
* * *
“Rumors are spreading that the royal lord of Hildes is very beautiful.”
After the visit with Raha and Shed, the second Queen said, rubbing her left leg on the previous Emperor’s and smiled.
“Still, not as beautiful as Your Majesty.”
“When was that?”
“A long time ago.”
The previous Emperor slowly leaned back against the backrest. The Queen asked.
“Will you send Princess Raha to Hildes?”
“It is something that had already been talked about on the battlefield. It is not right to interfere in the inner palace.”
“Yes. I misspoke.”
The Queen laughed softly.
“I have heard that His Majesty Karzen will treat Hildes as his friend. It’s an honor to have Raha to be a member of Hildes kingdom. I hope the second Prince
will be able to marry into the royal family of a good kingdom.”
“We’ll have to wait and see about that. In any case, it is Karzen who rules Delo now.”
“Of course. By the way, Your Majesty, will you come with me? Four days from now is the birthday of the second prince, and he had sent a new portrait. I’d like to see his face for the first time in a long time.”
“Must I go?”
“If you don’t feel like it, that’s fine. But I would like to see him.”
“If you want to see him so much, then I’ll go.”
The Queen smiled. The previous emperor had not paid much attention to her during his reign. However, since she was the only person he had left after losing one leg, he thus paid quite a bit of attention to her now.
But where were the sexual feelings that he was indifferent to all his life? He had such a friendly face, but that was all.
The deaf attendants put the previous emperor in a wheelchair. The queen pushed the wheelchair herself. They soon arrived at the cloister.
This huge cloister, with one basement level and two stories above ground, was hung with portraits of the Delharsa royal family.
“This is Lady Jamela Winston, right? She is to be the new empress. I saw her when she was very young and she has grown up so much.”
And beside her hung a portrait of Raha and a portrait of the royal lord of Hildes side by side. The previous emperor frowned at his forehead as he sat in his wheelchair.
“The palace painter’s skill is a mess. It’s totally different from the face I just saw, isn’t it?”
“Yes, it is. I’ll let the council and the chief chamberlain know.”
The problem is with Raha. She’s not doing a decent job of living in the palace. What on earth can she do properly?”
“The Princess is still young.”
“She is a child.”
The Queen laughed.
“Shall we go for a walk? It’s not as cold today as it was yesterday.”
The Queen looked at the portraits as they passed by, pushing the wheelchair the previous emperor was riding in.
It was strange.
The portrait perfectly depicted the face of the royal lord he had just seen. It seemed to look different in the eyes of the previous emperor.
Why was that?
