The Queen of Mafia - 120 Mountain of Corpses
“Where are those slüts!?”
“Dàmn, can’t believe they escaped from us!”
“Quit your whinning!”
“They must be somewhere near us, let’s go!”
Hanna and the two unknown women hide between the alley of the Inferno Bar and one building. The alley was narrow and dark, that even with Hanna’s petite figure, she’s struggling to fit herself inside of it.
The sky was dark, with no starts in it. And in this around of time, the bar should be buzzing with loud music but it is noticeable that the surrounding area is quiet.
Looks like that woman is right, Hanna told to herself, the gun which Aisha gave to her was pressed tightly in her coat that’s only covering her naked body. This was just a trap for her, Hanna finished then she become extremely worried for her safety.
I hope she’s okay, was the last thing Hanna thought before she closes her eyes tightly as the sound of ushered footsteps near them.
Their breathing was rugged, but the three of them covered their mouths to stop the sound from escaping. Their heart beats loudly in their chests that they are afraid that the men chasing after them could hear it.
“I shot one of them, the slüt must be bleeding by now.” One of the man said.
As if on instinct, Hanna clutched her injured tigh and clenched her teeth. Then she turned to the other women, both of their eyes are widen in fear.
Gritting her teeth, Hanna whispered, “You two have to run without me. They’ll find us if they follow the trail of my blood.”
“Are you fvcking serious now?” One woman with blonde hair almost shouted in anger. “We escape from that hèll because of you, we’re not going to abandon you!”
“You’ll be in danger if I stay with you!” Hanna argued. “Just run and I’ll distract them.”
“This is fvcking ridiculous!” The other woman with black hair said, her voice is a bit loud that the men near them heard it.
“Shh!” One man leading the group shush with his index finger place in his mouth. Then he signalled one man to check the alley where they heard the voice.
“Shït!” The woman with a black hair cursed as the blonde woman quickly place her hand in her mouth, a frown was etched in her face.
The woman gave the two an apologizing glace while Hanna readied herself to shoot. Her hands are trembling, just like how she first shot a gun when someone tried to catch them earlier as they went down the stairs. Unfortunately for them, Aisha’s gun only has one bullet now. One bullet that is equivalent to one percent of escaping.
God, please save us! Hanna prayed.
As the man nears the alley, he could sense someone hiding inside of it. A wicked smile form in his lips as he slowly, but surely, went to the entrance of the alley.
Hanna and the two women held their breaths, their bodies trembling as they heard the man’s footsteps towards them.
The man smirked as the familiar smell of blood wafted through his nose. Only a few more steps and he could catch those three when all of a sudden, he hears a series of gunshots as well as the screams of agony of his comrades.
“Who, ack—!?” The man quickly turned around but before he could see who attacks them, his vision immediately blackens as his life left his body without even knowing how he died. Then his body fell down in front of the entrance of the alley.
Hanna’s breath hitched as she stared at the lifeless eyes of the man, as if he was staring right into hers. Hanna also notice a knife was pierced right into his neck. And a scream almost escape her lips as the dead man was suddenly kicked away by a muscular man, probably still in his late twenties, who stopped by the entrance of the alley.
His eyes are as cold as an ice, and just by the aura he was emitting, Hanna knew that this man wasn’t any different from those who are chasing them to death. As Hanna was about to panic, she noticed the familiar emblem in the man’s suit.
The man frowns as he saw the three paled and bruised women in the narrow alley. Then, unceremoniously, with his big hands, he pulled the three women out of the alley and just carelessly threw them into the ground.
This action caught the attention of the De La Torre’s mafiosi, especially Alfred who is giving orders to others. He frowns as he went to the three woman. “Who are they?” He asked.
“No idea.” The man scoffed in answer.
“Isn’t this…” Alfred’s frowns deepens even more when he realized that one woman seems to be wearing the same coat as his Young Lady’s. “Isn’t this Boss’?” He asked in confusion.
“Sir Alfred,” the man beside Alfred caught the emblem of their famiglia in Hanna’s hands. “She has our emblem.”
Alfred also notice it, then he reach out for the emblem which Hanna gave willingly. Once Alfred was sure at the aunthenticity of the emblem, he turns towards the man beside him. “Take these women into a safe place. We’ll go inside to look for Boss.”
“Understood.” The man nodded, and he was about to pull Hanna when Hanna open her mouth to speak.
“Do you know the woman who saved us?”
“She’s our Boss.” The man replied with a blank expression before he harshly pulls her up.
Hanna was flabbergasted at first when she hears that the woman who seems just a few years older than her was the Boss of these mobs.
So… so cool! Her idol is so cool! Her eyes flash in amazement and determination. One day she will be like that woman!
Alfred shook his head in a helpless manner as he saw the glint in Hanna’s eyes. It feels weird to see someone admired his Young Lady instead of fearing her.
“Be gentle with them. Young Lady saved them after all.” Alfred smiles softly. He was reminded of the time his Young Lady also save him from death.
Time sure flies.
Hanna was snapped back into reality by Alfred’s words. “Right! That woman! She is still in the bar! Although she seems strong but she certainly can’t handle all those men in the bar! Please, save her!” Her voice is loud that even the men a few steps away from them hears her.
They stared at her weirdly while Alfred merely cleared his throat as he gave her a small smile. “I think you’re mistaken, Miss, we are not here to save her but we’re here to fetch her.”
“What?” Hanna furrowed her brows in confusion.
“I think… it’s best if you see it for yourself.” Alfred sighs then went to the front entrance of the Inferno Bar.
They haven’t open the door but the strong smell of blood and corpses already stung their sense of smell. The three women cringed at the disgusting smell while the others appeared neutral by it. Then Alfred opened the door. The room was dark but Alfred could see a silhouette of dead corpses piled on top of each other, creating an illusion of a small mountain, with his Young Lady sitting on top of it.
“You’re ten minutes late.” Aisha lazily said as soon as she saw Alfred, then she jumps on the mountain of corpses that she build out of boredom. “These bàstards destroy my baby[1], lend me yours.”
“My apologies for being not punctual, the battle has taken more time than we imagine.” Alfred bows his head, and when he raised them again, he was greeted by Aisha’s bloodied body, though he knew that most of the blood aren’t hers, he still couldn’t help but to feel worried when he saw the emptiness in her eyes.
Did something happened?
“Oh? What happened then?” Aisha’s tone are still lazy as she stops in front of them, not minding even if Hanna fainted at the horrible sight of her.
“Just some troubles but the result is satisfactory,” Alfred paused, then his face darkens as he smirk devilishly. “The whole Petrova famiglia is now extinct in the mafia world.”
“Hmm, you all did well.” Aisha praised with her indifference voice, then she held out her hand open to Alfred, then Alfred place a sport car key in her palm. “I’ll go somewhere, don’t come or call to bother me unless someone is dying.”
Then she walked pass by them, with the group paving a way for her. Meanwhile, Alfred is staring worriedly at Aisha’s small black.
Young Lady…
[1] Aisha means her sports car .
