Feng Xi who had rolled over eyes fluttered a few times before opening. She did not look towards Prince Jin but she knew he was there. “Jin’er am I alive?”

Prince Jin smiled and sat on the bed he leaned over and swept a lock of hair behind her ear before planting a kiss on her cheek. “You are as alive as the day you were born. I guess I should say good morning to you.”

Struggling to roll over, she finally got to see Prince Jin’s face as he assisted her. Blushing Feng Xi said: “Good morning How long was I asleep for?”

“You were out for a little over a month.The assassin has been kept alive so you can deal with him as you see fit. The ones behind it were Jiang Yi and Jiang Yun.” Prince Jin said as he scooted himself up into a sitting position and taking Feng Xi into his arms.

Feng Xi rested her head on Prince Jin’s chest and took in his scent. She felt that she had not seen him in years. “Did I almost die?”

“Mmm…” Prince Jin replied with just a sound. He hated to even think of Feng Xi dying. This thought truly scared him.

“Sorry for worrying you” Feng Xi said burying her head into his chest.

“Xi’er no need to apologize, it was not your fault to begin with. It is not like you asked people to assassinate you.” Prince Jin said, hugging Feng Xi tight.

“Can I ask who has been washing me? I seem to be clean head to toe…” Feng Xi could smell the soap on her body. She could also tell that her clothes seemed to be clean as well.

“Ahem I have been…” Prince Jin braced himself to be yelled at but to his surprise, he only heard Feng Xi reply with an “Oh”.

“You’re not going to yell at me for looking at and touching your body?” Prince Jin asked.

“Why would I? You’re my husband. It is only right for you to take care of these things. To be honest I would have been mad if you did not do such things. These kinds of actions show just how much you love me. Plus later on, when it’s just the two of us you will be doing a lot more. I should be eighteen now if I recall correctly!” Feng Xi bit her bottom lip. She and Prince Jin had been waiting a long time to be able to finally release their pent up s.e.x.u.a.l frustrations. As the two talked a few nurses and the doctor came in. Feng Xi was put into a wheelchair and made to take all kinds of tests. Prince Jin was standing in front of the doctor and was getting a very strange look from him. “Listen I know the two of you are newlyweds and still have yet to consummate your marriage but you still can not have actual s.e.x for another month. The most you can do is help each other out for now. But do not go overboard. You run the risk of her internal injuries reopening.”

“I see. So as long as I am gentle she will be fine?” Prince Jin asked.

“Look, no actual s.e.x, it will put to strain on her body!” The doctor had no idea what to do with this young man in front of him. Shaking his head and waving his hand he made sure to remind Prince Jin that they couldn’t have actual intercourse for another month.

A few hours later Feng Xi was rolled back into her hospital room. The doctor came in at the same time and looked at both Feng Xi and Prince Jin”Alright like I said before to the both of you. NO s.e.x. You can fool around but no actual intercourse. She still needs time to heal. Kids these days”

The doctor was a little flabbergastered because the same question came out of both of their mouths. He figured it would just be the man who couldn’t wait but who would have thought it was also Feng Xi who would ask the same question. “Ahem Princess Xi, your tests were all good but you still need to rest here for a month. This is to ensure that none of the work they did during surgery will come undone. If anything happens please hit the call button. We will do more test in two weeks, until then, behave yourselves.”

Both Feng Xi and Prince Jin nodded their heads. Once everyone was gone Prince Jin helped Feng Xi onto the bed. Her muscles had grown soft so she needed a little help getting around until they were back to normal. “Xi’er, your father and grandfather are busy helping Father Emperor and will not be able to visit until tomorrow. Lou Mei and Zhao Kang are visiting his parents and getting ready for their wedding. They won’t be back until next week. But they said they will give you a call later tonight to check on you.”

“So that means it’s just the two of us?” Feng Xi asked, biting her lower lip. A hit of redness could be seen in her cheeks.

“Yes, that means it’s just the two of us.” Prince Jin answered.

“Theeennn. Will you help me bathe? ” Feng Xi undid her hospital gown letting it fall down over her shoulders. Her eyes turned up looking into Prince Jin’s eyes. With her small mounds exposed and the two pink peaks in full view, Prince Jin could already feel Feng Xi’s Little Jin wanting to scream hello.

“Mmm Cover up for now let me get some water and make sure the door is locked…” Prince Jin looked at the exposed mounds in front of him and gulped hard. He quickly got up and ran to lock the door before going to the bathroom to get a clean rag and a bowl of warm water.

When he returned Feng Xi was already peeking out from underneath the covers, on the floor he saw her hospital gown. He placed the bowl of warm water to the side and slowly pulled the covers back. He looked at the white jaded skin up and down and fell into a trance. He had seen this same n.a.k.e.d body many times but before he only cared about wanting to keep Feng Xi clean, there was nothing s.e.x.u.a.l about it but this time, he knew he would be able to do much more.

“What are you doing? It’s cold!” Feng Xi complained. She had hidden under the covers because the room was cold. Now this man was lifting the covers making her cold all over again. Her pink peaks were already hard.

“Ahem sorry.” Prince Jin cheeks redden as he placed the cover down.

“Humph! If you are sorry then strip down as well No fair that only you get to look.” Feng Xi pouted.

Prince Jin chuckled before quickly stripping down. Feng Xi’s eyes immediately latched on to her Little Jin. A seductive smile formed on her lips as she said: “Jin’er I am still cold come warm me up!”
