The Rebirth Of Feng Xi - Volume 1 Chapter 88 Family Time
Emperor Tian looked at the bruised and battered Imperial Consort Yun. He couldn’t help but praise Feng Xi for her way of doing things. He had never seen Imperial Consort Yun in such a state before. She had always held her nose up high in the sky since she was from the Jiang family. But now She looked like a deranged beggar who was about to pounce on anyone who crossed her. Right now he could easily get rid of Imperial Consort Yun but it seemed his new daughter in law was having fun playing with her. The last thing he wanted was to cause Feng Xi to lose her new toy too soon. “Jiang Yun, you need to watch your words. Right now you are not right in the head. We will overlook you trying to frame our daughter in law, but only this one time. You must remember one thing clearly. ” Emperor Tian grinned slyly as he leaned down and whispered into Imperial Consort Yun’s ear:”Whatever our Daughter in law does, is correct!”
Imperial Consort Yun stared speechlessly at Emperor Tian. ‘Everything she does is correct? Did he really just say that? I am already in this state because of her and he lets it just happen?‘ She then remembered what Prince Jin said about who was more favored by the Emperor. Imperial Consort Yun’s eyes turned cold as she gazed at Emperor Tian. She wanted nothing more than to kill this man and take his position!
As the Emperor walked out of the room he could feel a set of eyes expressing killing intent towards him.He smirked and continued walking out of the room. After reaching his own courtyard a woman about ten years younger than himself came walking forward. “How is she?”
“Wanting to kill us and take our position. Ever since a few years ago when she tried to kill you, I have had her under strict watch but she still schemes, trying to gain control over everything. Unfortunately, she seems to have angered the wrong person. Our daughter in law is not someone she can go against easily. Xi’er has done more to take down the Jiang family than any of us. We do not even dare ask what happened to Jiang Lan.” Emperor Tian took the woman’s hand and pulled her into his embrace hugging her tightly as he spoke.
“Jin’er has picked a very good partner. I can finally be rest assured that he will have someone strong by his side in the future.” The woman said with a smile.
“He is the child we created. How can he not be strong? Empress, you need to have more confidence in yourself. Once things are dealt with, we will be able to run the country without any issues or worry about them scheming against us.” Emperor Tian was doing his best to assure the woman in his arms that everything will be fine.
Back in Jin Palace, Feng Xi was watching tv smiling away as she placed her cell phone down. Prince Jin, who was sitting next to her couldn’t help but ask: “Did you know this would happen?”
“Mmm I didn’t think she would end up being beaten to that extent. I knew she would find someone to f.u.c.k though. I had someone follow her and it seems that Jiang Yun forced her female servant to f.u.c.k her not caring for the male driver in the front seat. The driver decided to take this chance to gain some revenge and drove her to that back alley before beating and r*aping her. He then ran off with the female servant. It seems Jiang Yun will not be able to go out for a while.” Feng Xi explained.
“What about the servant and driver?” Prince Jin asked.
“I helped them board a plane and go to someplace far away. Since they were so nice to do something good, how could I allow them to be caught by Jiang Yun’s people? I, of course, will help them escape and give them some money to live nicely.” Feng Xi said proudly as she leaned her head on to Prince Jin’s shoulder. She began poking and prodding Prince Jin’s chest with her finger.
Prince Jin put his arm around her and pulled her close as he said: “Then that is good. Rewards should always be given when good deeds are done.”
“Ahem…” A rough clearing of the throat interrupted the two’s intimate actions. “Can you two not be so touchy feely in front of me. I know you are in love but the audience doesn’t want to watch your displays of affection.” Feng Shun stated bluntly.
Feng Xi blushed. She had truly forgotten that her father was in the room. She turned her head and stuck her tongue out at Feng Shun before saying: “Father, dead people shouldn’t speak what if someone hears you!?”
“You! Damn child! Are you trying to curse your father to die for real!?” Feng Shun suddenly yelled out in anger.
“Ahh! Jin’er, the ghost of my father is yelling at me! Save me!” Feng Xi said as she quickly got up from the couch and ran to hide behind it.
Feng Shun snorted at his daughter’s actions while everyone else laughed. “Brat, today is the last day of mourning. Tomorrow is the real deal. I know you messed with that Jiang Yun woman but there is still a chance things could go wrong. You must be careful.”
Feng Xi smiled, walked over to her father, leaned over the back of the couch, and hugged him from behind. “I will be careful. My merc group is already working day and night to ensure everything is prepared and perfect. They even updated the car I will be in to be ten times safer than before. It won’t even budge, even if it was hit by a missile. You should be more worried about when you will be giving me a little brother. I have made some tonics for you to drink…”
“Damn brat! Get away from me! You and your tonics!”
