Fen was found by a well known time patroller during a parallel quest he was being mind-controlled by an unseen foe and was putting up a hell of a fight in a purple super saiyan form. Once he was defeated he couldn’t recall anything from before he was getting mind controlled so he joined up with the time patrol and became best friends with the man who saved him from being mind-controlled. Fen used the dragon balls to remember everything that happened before he was mind-controlled after he remembered everything he betrayed the time patrol.

Arugula

Gender: Male

Race: universe 7 and 6 mixed breed Saiyan

Age: Stopped aging at 26

Arugula is the time patroller mentioned above who saved Fen there’s not much to tell about Arugula except that he is from Vegeta (The planet) he has never told anyone how or why he joined the patrol he keeps personal details about himself to the minimum and is a model time patroller… when he’s on duty that is when he has a day off he’s either watching fights from the main timeline and hanging out with Fen he used a wish on the dragonballs so he wouldn’t age so he could, in turn, work for the time patrol.

Arune

Gender: Female

Race: Universe 6 Saiyan

Age: Stopped aging at 24

Arune joined the time patrol after Arugula saved her from many mind-controlled individuals after she joined the time patrol people would refuse to go on missions with her after having her accompany them on a single mission Arugula noticed this and asked if she would like to go on missions with him she agreed instantly even though most of the foes would be much stronger than her so Arugula began to train her up she is in love with Arugula he pretends to have not noticed the obvious favor.

Race: Saiyan Universe 7

Age: Unknown

She is a saiyan from planet Vegeta much like her twin sister Two that’s not their real names obviously they have to use aliases so Arugula doesn’t’ figure out who they are and report the change in history. She is more forward than her sister.

basically a carbon copy of the above except that she is timider than her sister.
