The RISE Of NATHALIA CARTER - Chapter 894
Half an hour later, Angeline finished her editing of the claim she was about to publish. She reviewed it carefully and asked Drake to check it before twittering it.
In five minutes, the message was on top. Comments kept coming up.
“Oh, gosh! Angeline has two identities!? She’s Angelo! Unbelievable!”
“That means Drake is dating Angeline. So, he is not gay.”

The public voice turned to go better for Angeline. Although some people were talking nonsense, it didn’t have much effect.
Angeline read every comment and felt much better. A few minutes later, however, Angeline saw another comment: What? Did you see that? It’s said that Christina was r.a.p.ed. OMG!
Angeline stayed for a second and withdrew from the commenting page. Sure enough, another news topped Twitter: A-list actress was r.a.p.ed.
Then, she turned to look at Drake, who was holding her. Angeline took out the phone and showed it to him, “Did you… do that?”
Drake knew what Angeline was talking about without checking the news. He glanced over it and nodded, “Yeah.”
Angeline licked her lips. “Is that too much? You know she can’t stay here after this.”
Drake lowered his head to look at her, “Did she think about your feelings when she hurt you? she deserves it. I have warned her. She crossed the line first. It’s not my fault.”
Angeline lowered her head to think about it. She couldn’t be kind to anyone. If someone treated her well, she would pay them back. But if someone hurt her, she would fight back.
“Yeah. You’re right.” Angeline nodded.
Right now, she was facing the window. As she looked up, her eyes suddenly lit up. She pointed her finger at the front, “Look, brother! It’s snowing, isn’t it?”
Following her finger, Drake turned to look. A hint of tenderness across his eyes. He held Angeline’s hand and walked to the window. “Yeah. It’s snowing.”
Under the colorful light, large flakes of snow fell. Somehow, they seemed to hear the song of Santa Claus. Angeline snuggled in Drake’s arms, “This is the first snow of the year, isn’t it?”
Drake fondled her soft long hair. “Yeah… the first snow.”
Angeline got up at once. She folded her hands and closed her eyes. “It’s said that wishing in the first snow can come true. Have a try, Drake.”
Drake looked at her and peacefully said, “No. I have just made a wish.”
Angeline thought about it without saying anything. She closed her eyes to make a wish. When she opened her eyes, she looked at Drake wittily. “Guess what wish I made?”
Drake looked out of the window. After a while, he said, “No matter what wish you made, you can only stay with me.”
Angeline blushed and lightly poked Drake’s c.h.e.s.t with her elbow. “Hum! Then my next life….”
“Your next life, the one after the next life… can only be with me, understand?” Drake interrupted Angeline before she finished her words. Then she held her up and murmured, “It’s late. You should take a good rest.”
Angeline tightened her grip on Drake’s neck. He frowned and joked, “Are you trying to murder your husband with your fingernails?”
Angeline’s face was redder. She patted Drake’s c.h.e.s.t. “I’m not your wife. Don’t talk nonsense.”
Drake didn’t say anything but put Angeline on the bed and bent down to kiss her lips.

When Angeline woke up the following day, she felt like falling apart all over. Drake seemed to be very excited last night. Again and again, he took it. Finally, Angeline just passed out.
Angeline cursed in her mind and struggled up. The door was pushed open. Drake walked in with a service plate. “I think you’re about to wake up. Eat something first.”
Angeline looked at him in anger, then she indignantly turned her head away, “I want to don’t eat.”
However, her stomach didn’t cooperate with her. Just as she finished her words, it grunted to protest.
Angeline’s ear blushed. Then she heard footsteps coming to her, and the man sat down next to her. She smelled the familiar fragrance on him.
“All right. Breakfast comes first, my good girl.” Drake coaxed her. Although delighted in the heart, Angeline “reluctantly” turned her head back. She rolled her eyes and suddenly said, “Feed me!”
She just wanted to test Drake’s reaction. To her surprise, Drake scooped a spoonful of red bean porridge after a short pause. Then he seemed to think of something and bent his head and blew it, looking unskilled. After that, he showed the spoon to Angeline.
Angeline stayed. She was just joking. But somehow, she opened her mouth. After the warm food got in through her throat, she started to come to herself. Shyly, she didn’t dare to look Drake in the eye, and her cheeks turned red again.
Since Drake knew her identity, she had been dressing as a girl at home. Now the long hair randomly spread on her c.h.e.s.t. Her pajamas was wrinkled.
Faintly, Drake could see some scenery. His face changed. Then he lifted her collar a bit. When he was about to continue the feeding, Angeline hurried to wave her hand, “No, no. I can do it myself.” Then she took over the bowl and buried her head to drink the porridge.
In the evening, Drake took Angeline to the study. He spread a pile of papers on the desk. “Sign here, and you will be the next host of the Watts family.”
Angeline was stunned. He lowered her head to check them. After a while, she looked up at Drake and hesitated to ask, “Then… what about McCoy? What happened to him? I mean, he’s one of the Watts family members. I want to know about him.”
Angeline widened her eyes, “You… Didn’t you…” Various kinds of violent images appeared in her mind.
Drake scratched her nose and said, “What are you thinking about? It’s a law-based society. I’m a good law-abiding netizen. Don’t worry. He’s safe somewhere.”
Angeline then patted her c.h.e.s.t, relieved. Just as she was about to say something, she heard the buzz of Drake’s phone. On it, there was a name—Grandma.
She got nervous. Yeah. She almost forgot that people would ask after she public her identity.
