At some point of their expedition, they never missed to talk about the legendary mermaid queen. Others though called it “Sea Enchantress, Deep Sea Devil or Demon of the Deeps.” Myth said that she was once a beautiful princess of a tribe who catch a terrible disease that ruined her magnificence. The townsmen rebelled against her. She was thrown into the deeps to be devoured by sea demons. However, she was revitalized … regaining her gorgeousness and now dominates the power of the Southern Seas. Badang realized that this woman has the power that comes from the demons of these waters. She should be executed at no time as the woman is corrupted by the evil powers of the ocean.

On the other hand, Lapu-Lapu remembered how his team encountered a tough monster crab on his sail. He got a question on how much more he can handle to defeat the ruler of these Southern Oceans which is much stronger than the crab monster. Badang told Lapu-Lapu that he is not fighting alone, Badang and his troops will also be at their side in this joint expedition. In the short time their team connects, Badang felt that Lapu-Lapu is just like a brother to him.

Ready to proceed to the next island, Lapu-Lapu and Badang’s group prepared their belongings when a sudden strong breeze blew in their direction. Charging groups of monsters swam unto their way. Army of monster crabs, devil mermaids, electric thornfishes and other types of sea fiends. Badang made a great smile in his face shouting excitedly, “What a bloody moment, but a glorious victory!” Lapu-Lapu with his crew fought in the frontlines. They skirmish every monster who stood against their way. With every blade they got and every attack they dealt, pile of dead monsters are created. The strength of their squad cannot be opposed by every enemy they face in this expedition. And at last, they set foot on the last island before they will face the vast wide ripping tides flowing on the center of the southern ocean where great evil corruption sprung out.
