The Supreme Of Milky Way - Chapter 13
“Well, well, well. If it weren’t young master of Lus. What brings you here? The ceremony and what else?”
Lu Feng did not react to the sound. But Li Yongheng darkened his face. He turned around to the direction where the sound came. He said with a bit anger, “Zhao Qiang, save it. You just can’t pick your size to bully. Do you have the guts to fight with me? Winner takes the enrollment quota of talents which belongs to Lu Feng. I spare you from harm for ten seconds. You’ve got no b.a.l.l.s. I dare you. ”
The comer was Zhao Qiang who won the enrollment quota from Lu Feng three years ago. In the federation, a contract was always protected by the federal laws, with no exception to anyone.
Zhao Qiang changed his face slightly upon hearing Li Yongheng. Despite the fact that he was himself a junior warrior, but when compared with Li Yongheng, a junior warrior at the peak level, he did see the large gap in between. Besides, Li Yongheng had practiced the martial formulas in real terms. Even though he was not good at comprehension and did not break though the junior level of martial formulas, his own talents were able to conjure up an increase by several times. Once they were engaged, he would be kicked in the a.s.s by Li Yonghong within an instant.
Moments later, Zhao Qiang covered his embarra.s.sment and looked at Lu Feng, “I am not foolish enough to engage in a lost battle. But seriously, I have to thank you, Lu Feng. Well, I do have the ticket to the Federal University, but with this enrollment quota of talents, I hop on a fast lane. Thank you so much this time.”
Zhao Qiang did not take a glance at Li Yongheng as he said so, and then he turned around, heading directly to the Auditorium.
Li Yongheng stared at him, with melancholy and silence.
The enrollment quota for talents warranted the direct access to the Federal University without taking any examination. These talents were treated better than those ordinary students were. Zhao Qiang, admitted into the Federal University a talent, would be likely to move along with all those resources.
Lu Feng smiled when he saw the long face of Li Yongheng. He reached out a hand and tapped his best friend, “Yongheng, no worry. An enrollment quota for talents is never a big deal.”
Li Yongheng was still somewhat melancholic upon hearing Lu Feng. But he let slip of the topic eventually. He looked at Lu Feng and released a deep sigh, “I do have an enrollment quota for talents. I was hoping that my mom could make some arrangements for us to stick together when we are admitted into the Federal University talents. But now, I see no light of hope.”
Li Yongheng’s mother was a big short who worked at the top level of government. Inferior to Li Haiping in terms of social standing, her mother played an even more active role in the daily life.
Lu Feng said nothing but smiled.
There were sparkles in his eyes as he saw off Zhao Qiang. It was a scornful and cold smile.
“Talents? Stop bragging.”
A talent could barely hold a high standing when compared to a mage.
There were four hundred thousand students in the School of Red Orchid Planet, Federal University, with a quarter in each grade. And among the one hundred thousand students, a thousand or two were talents. But the mages were less than fifty. The bridge was as wide as such.
Li Yongheng was still cursing Zhao Qiang and heard no murmurs of Lu Feng. He followed Lu Feng when he left.
Soon, they walked into the Auditorium, when it was fully seated. The total number of students, teachers and specially invited parents added to over thirty thousand, which was very scary. But the magnificent auditorium seemed to be able to accommodate more.
The auditorium took a shape of a cube, with each side stretching nearly a thousand meters. And the auditorium had other functions rather than a ceremony place for graduation.
It was recognized by its function as a compet.i.tion site. The compet.i.tions among the warriors happened here. And so did the special examination of the Federal University to come.
