- Chapter 90 The Real Fight Begins
“The way I saw things…He meant a lot to me. The moment Tim joined the destructors, I was in love with the way he spoke like a true leader, the way he used his position of the leader of his squad and the way he was this kind person who would help anyone. I even joined the destructors because of him and he even thought me to fight, to use my magic…But…Then he just had to go and betray me. He went all alone…All alone without even telling us anything. He left the destructors and when I got the news that he has created his own little team…I was frustrated, angry…The man who I worshipped, whom I looked up to and idolized, he didn’t even take me with him…And now…I am just going to die, aren’t I?”
Amy smiles and closes her eyes. “I wish…You would notice me at least once…Tim Grandier…”
*Swoop*
Tim turns around to find a boy wearing a plain white shirt and jeans. “You’re Henry Marshal, the rookie who everybody has been talking about. That’s a very interesting choice for you to save her even after you know everything.” Tim says with a smile.
“Hen…Ry…” Ilora looks at Henry and then passes out.
“Are you okay?” I ask as Amy opens her eyes and looks at me who is holding her in my arms. “I never thought you of all people would give up so easily.” I say to Amy. Amy’s eyes begin to tear. “WHY?! WHY DID YOU SAVE ME?!” She asks me as I put her down on the ground. “Because I didn’t want you the only good lead to the destructors die…” I say as I begin to move towards Tim.
“That’s a lie…YOU KNOW THAT’S A LIE! YOU WOULD HAVE TAKEN TIM IN MORE THEN ME BECAUSE HE KNOWS THEM MORE THEN I DO SO WHY?!” Amy screams out. “Would you just shut up already, your already killing me with your voice?” I say to Amy. “AAAARRRRGGGG!!!!”
“Would pay a little attention right over here to Henry?” I turn to my right to find Tim right next to me. Amy seems to be shocked about it. “No reaction, how very interesting…” Tim says with a smile.
*Bash*
Tim and mine fist clash with each other. “Quick reaction…Now that’s interest…ing…” Tim looks at me with a surprise. “Just how much power is he been hiding?”
*Crack*
I use my fist and hit Tim right in the face. Tim skates back quite a bit. “Damn…That hurts…” Tim says as he wipes blood off of his lips.
Wind blows faster this time. “You control the weather huh? No wonder I can’t see you using any magic.” I say to Tim. Tim’s eyes widen as I look into the air. “How did you…” Tim looks completely shocked.
“This boy…His not only strong but his intelligence may surpass that of a paladin or even a researcher knight. Just one glance of what’s happening and he has already figured out something that took me ages to figure out.” Amy thinks to herself.
On the other end,
Vasteria meets up with Cao Ping.
“What happened to Henry?” Cao Ping asks Vasteria. “Oh, don’t worry about him, I sent him to do a harder job that he should easily be capable of doing easily.” Vasteria says. “You sent him to fight Tim, didn’t you?” Cao Ping asks. Cao Ping sighs. “Well, I don’t need to worry about that boy. At his current level, he should be able to deal with Tim.” Cao Ping says. “I already know that you idiot leader, that’s the reason I sent him.” Vasteria says with a pout. “Have you taken an interest in that boy, Vasteria?” Cao Ping asks Vasteria. Vasteria’s face turns red like a hot chilli pepper. “Hmm? I will take that as a yes.”
“Guess, I don’t need to hold back against you, do I, Henry Marshal?” Tim looks to be happy. I nod. “Better do go all out because I won’t be holding anything back.” I say as I create a sword and ready myself.
