Poison Lady, that is the name of Reif’s second opponent. Just from the name alone, everyone would already have a general idea of the things that she could do

“Hehehehe, it has been a long time already since I last met an interesting guy. Do you want to have fun with this beautiful lady?” The Poison Lady said in a flirty manner as she licked her lips

Although Reif is in a disguise, it’s not like his disguise is a perfect one. S class fighters just like the Poison Lady is 100% sure that he was hiding his real appearance

After all, although Reif is talented in almost every magic available, his biggest talent still lies in the magic that would bring forth great destruction

As such, his disguise is not perfect and there are still people that can sense it

In excitement, she even licks her long black nails while looking at Reif

“The match between Mr. Nameless and Poison Lady starts now!” The announcer shouted loudly and the audience immediately became noisier

They were already itching to see how the match between these two would unfold and their blood instantly boiled from the announcement

“Let me see your real face!” The Poison Lady shouted as she jumped high. She appeared on top of Reif with her nails ready to scratch everything it makes contact with

In return, Reif opened his mouth as he breathed out steady breaths of fire. The fire has a ridiculously hot temperature

If not for the barrier preventing the audience from getting hurt, Reif’s fire breath might have killed everyone already

The Poison Lady’s eyes flashed before her arms turned into long snakes

The snakes opened their disgusting mouth as they suck and ate all the fiery fire that Reif has released

Soon, the snake arms turned fire red in color before they spit out everything that they had eaten earlier

The snakes release the fire but it feels different compared to before already. The fire wasn’t pure fire anymore

“Taste my fire poison!” The Poison Lady muttered. She converted Reif’s fire into poison fire

If Reif were to be poisoned, he would surely feel as if his body was submerged in the burning fire of hell while his internal organs liquified

However, that was only if Reif would be inflicted by the poison. If not, it was no different from blowing air at him

Reif opened his mouth again but this time, instead of fire, he releases a steady stream of icy breath

The fire poison and the icy breath collided, causing an explosion that releases thick steam, and two combatants immediately clashed against each other

Reif condenses a hammer made from rocks and he wildly swung it towards the Poison Lady

In return, the Poison Lady spat out corrosive acid from her mouth that instantly turned the rocks into a liquid form

The rock hammer melted and the Poison Lady immediately turned her arms into snakes again that she tried to bind Reif with

However, just as the snakes were about to restrict Reif’s body, sharp earthen thorns suddenly grew out from his body

The thorns pierce the snakes’ scales, drawing blood from their bodies

The Poison Lady hissed and she immediately retracted her snake arms in fear that they would be snapped off by the growing thorns

While the Poison Lady was doing that, Reif moves as his palm grabs his opponent in the face

With a heavy force, Reif threw the poison lady in the air and the poor woman heavily hits the transparent barrier with her back

Her figure cuts through the remaining steam from the earlier collision and Reif immediately jumped towards her

The Poison Lady’s eyes turned cold as she supplied mana into her long black hair and they also turned into numerous snakes

All of her hair literally turned into snakes that releases green orbs of poison

Reif supplied mana into his arms and winds suddenly gathered in them. He places his arms in front of him and repelled the poison orbs with the help of the wind

“You’re really interesting!” The Poison Lady commented before the snakes in her head shot out like an arrow

They detached themselves from her hair as they traveled in the air to meet Reif that cuts their bodies into smaller pieces with the help of sharp winds

Even then, the Poison Lady was still unfazed. The lost snakes in her head regrew in just a matter of seconds

This time, the snakes releases purple fog that was also poisonous

Just staying in the fog alone is already bad to the Poison Lady’s enemies. The fog would corrode a person’s body if they don’t do anything about it

Fortunately, Reif can control the winds and he made a sphere around him that is devoid of any poisonous and corrosive fog

“You’re a tough guy to poison!” The Poison Lady said as she charged at Reif

Even until now, Reif still has not suffered from a poison

Poison is the Poison Lady’s forte and if she manages to poison Reif, the course of battle would surely be in her favor

As such, the thing she badly needs to do for now is to poison Reif. If she succeeded once, the second, third, fourth and so on times would surely be easier

Reif stared at the woman trying to use her claw to inflict a wound on him with emotionless eyes

He just sent a palm attack in the air and the winds followed him. The Poison Lady’s body was thrown in the air again from the wind palm attack but she immediately tried to regain her balance

The eyes of the snakes in her head glowed and Reif momentarily stops advancing towards her

He can feel something crawling into his skin and when he looks at himself, he saw that there were some parts that is being petrified

“H-how could this be? What kind of body do you have for the petrification be this slow?” The Poison Lady exclaimed in utmost surprise

She cannot believe what she had just witnessed. As soon as her snakes’ eyes landed on the enemy, they should have put them in a petrified state

Even if the snakes cannot fully petrify their target, the effect should still be much bigger than what happened to Reif

The rate of petrification was just too slow in his body

To stop the petrification process, Reif controlled the mana inside his body to attack the affected areas and he canceled the petrification process

“Hahahaha! Sure enough, you’re really interesting!” The Poison Lady commented after seeing what Reif has done

Her interest was further piqued by Reif as she draw out her own blood by making a wound at herself using her long and sharp nails

The Poison Lady tightly grips the blood she had bled and they instantly burst into a bloody fog that approached Reif

In return, Reif conjured fire to burn that poisonous blood fog but it was not as easy as before

It feels as if something was eating his conjured fire as they weakened the more time that pass

Reif raises his brows at that but he was far from being afraid. If he were to use his full power, he could surely end the battle much earlier

It’s just that, it’s okay to have a powerful image but not an insanely powerful one to the point that the church would try everything they could to recruit him

As such, he was prolonging the battle

If his fire is being weakened then Reif would only supply it with more power and that should take care of the problem

The weakening fire starts to burn fiercer than before as they swallowed the bloody poison when Reif’s body stiffen

“Hehehehe! From the start of this match, I was already releasing a subtle poison” the Poison Lady muttered

She was confident in her skills and she thought that Reif cannot move anymore

With confidence, the Poison Lady uses her claw to slash at Reif’s body but before he could even succeed, the man’s body releases thick streaks of lightning

The lightning occupies a large area as if they were completely expecting that someone would attack their creator from behind

As such, the Poison Lady was not able to run away from the area of the lightning and they hit her body

“AAAHHHH!!” The woman wailed loudly from the severe pain as her body was being fried

The sensation was extremely horrible for anyone that would experience it
