Rayn was in a happy mood driving back home, he was really glad that Anna got the person she was destined with. He just hoped she wouldn’t do what he did to her. He messed up everything he did with Quin. If only he realized his feelings before it would not grow worse with them.

Suddenly his phone started to ringing, he look at the caller ID it was one of his most trusted men and he was the one who was responsible of Quin’s security and him calling Rayn was bit weird

He just hoped nothing bad happened with Quinn and his kids, he picked up the call with a bit of worry and he answered,”Hello.”

“Boss something happened…” The guy didn’t beat around the bush and said in a stiff and serious tone.

Rayn could feel the heavy atmosphere from the other side, he just hoped it was not bad. He would go crazy if something happened to Quinn or his kids.

“Where are you? I am coming here.” Rayn accelerated towards the destination the guy sent him. He can’t calm himself until he sees what happens himself.

He didn’t know but he was getting a weird feeling. His inner one was telling something happened, and this was the end. He can’t repent his mistake. Why that feeling of losing someone, why that feeling of being guilty and being alone forever, feeling of losing the most precious one.

That was the feeling he was having, he was trying to stay calm from outside but inside he was having turmoil of feelings.

He finally reached the destination, it was all crowded by peeps. The bridge was having traffic and a lot of crowd. Anyone can say something happened there, Rayn gulped in nervousness before coming out of his car and gulping his saliva in nervousness.

He walked past the crowd, his mind going crazy. He was trying to find them.

Her mind only wishes that Quin and his kids are all safe and sound.

He finally saw a familiar silhouette in the middle of the crowd who was talking to some police officers and divers.

He was nervous seeing police on the scene. What was even going there?

He walked closer trying to stay calm as much as he could, he tapped on his best man shoulder taking a deep breath and he looked up at him.

“What’s going on?” His words looked calm but anyone can say he was not calm. He was not, he was going crazy.

“Boss…” he hesitated to say it out, he looked down still demurred. How can he say that he failed.

He failed to complete his work, he failed to protect his madam and young miss. He was a failure.

“Just say what happened, damnit!!” Rayn can’t calm himself anymore, he was freaking out just hoping nothing happened to Quinn and his kids.

“Madam wanted to pick up a young master from his classes. So I agreed and prepared the car for madam and young miss. They were on their way, when suddenly a truck hit them, and the car crashed and fell onto the water. We still can’t find them.” He completed the story.

Rayn broke apart, he feel numb, as if every drop of blood of him was suck up, he was about to lose balance when the guy hold it.

Rayn didn’t care about it he pushed him away, and ran towards where the accident happened, he looked below. There was few divers on boat trying to look for them.

Rayn can’t wait for them to find, he want to jump and look for himself but seeing through his intentions, the policeman and the guy hold him and pull him back.

“Let go of me,” Rayn struggled to break apart. He need to find him, what if they were still alive.

No! He can’t stay here waiting for them to find them. He tried to push them away, but they were holding firmly so he don’t dare to do anything stupid.

Just then someone called the policeman,”Sir we found the bodies.” The diver informed the police officer and left.

Rayn heard his words, and he pushed away his right hand man and dashed towards the diver, and grab him by his collar,”Where are they?” He asked in a shaky voice.

“Are they fine?” Rayn asked him, just only one hope that they are fine. The diver didn’t answer any of his question. He didn’t know it himself.

Rayn was losing his patience seeing no one was replying to him. He let go of the diver’s collar and walked towards where they trying to recover Quin and Alina’s body.

His right hand man tried to stop him but he didn’t listen him, without having any he just followed Rayn.

Rayn saw Quin aside the shore under the bridge, covered with deep bruises and pool of blood. Beside laid Alina, she didn’t have much wounds then Quin, as if Quin was protecting her.

Rayn dashed towards them, and took Quin head in his arm.

“Quin, wake up!!” He tried to wake her up. Tears fell down his eyes and fall on her cheeks.

The people around saw this and pitied him, the doctor in the scene saw this he feel pity for him.

He had seen many cases like this but he still feel bad, he want close to him and tap on his shoulder signaling him to let him do checkup.

Rayn didn’t said anything, he was hesitant to let her go but still did. He stood up and his right hand man, took him back.

A police officer came close to him,”Mr.Rayn?” He called out his name.

Rayn didn’t reply he just glanced at him and nodded. He didn’t have any energy to speak. Seeing his wife and daughter laid there unconscious was enough to kill him.

“It looks like your wife and daughter somehow got put of the car and got to the shore and the injuries must be from when the car clashed.” The police officer explained.

Rayn eyes sharpened on hearing him,”Who was that truck driver?” He questioned with a threatening aura surrounding him.

“We have still not found it.” The police officer replied back shaking his head.
