The Witchs Rebirth - Chapter 146 Will Reading
I never keep track of birthdays or anniversaries. They weren’t important. So I didn’t remember that today the Yoit clan had a will reading. It wasn’t until my mother told me I better be getting dress and prepare flowers that I remembered that my grandfather who died like a hundred years ago would have his will read today.
I turn to old Crazy who was still in deep thought and said, “Say yes. I have someplace I need to be.”
“I have two more weeks. It wouldn’t be too late to decide then.”
I look at him and put my hands up,
The time-limited was critical as the male mate would appear after that with all the problems. The violent pack and blood and death would follow.
“Go, you have one week.” I said,
After Crazy disappeared out the door. I move to find something decent to wear. My mix-match colorful vintage style would not work for a will reading.
Looking through my closet I manage to find an extra small Coco dress. It barely fit and barely covered anything. I pulled on my best coat and I was covered.
Then I wave my hands to open the portal. I walking knowing that everyone in the room would be looking at me. Glaring hard.
The family lawyer Ms. Kim frowned at me and brushed some of her dark, shining hair back from her forehead. She was a tall handsome woman, with dark skin and pretty onyx eyes.
“You are late as always, Gene,” she told me. “You’re lucky to make it.”
That was probably the best greeting I would get today. Looking at my cousin and her mother. It would seem that they were going to give me the invisible treatment for now. No anger was good for me.
Diana was always the favorate. She was also a goody two shoes and knowing grandmother dearest was evil. Well, that probably changed her whole world. Her mother aunty Valentine was different. She was binding her time.
“So,” Kim said, finally. “I will be reading the will. To all my family. This is my final good bye. Starting from my beloved wife my who is not here I am sorry. To my two daughters I leave them each a seedling may you live for the better. And two my two nieces each half of my estate to be played in game of cards that the winners takes all and name the heir.”
