She and I met when we were first brought to the school by our parents. We didn’t meet him until years later, when he transferred from another kingdom.
No one suspected. He was perfect. We should have.
They became closer, and I felt left out. One day, I confronted her. She cried. We spent the night together like old times.
Days passed. One day, she said goodbye. She never said goodbye because it was to final. I realized something was wrong, so I followed her.
By the time I realized what was happening, she was gone. He had ripped her throat out. Someone screamed. I think it was me. He looked over.
I felt it. The darkness boiling inside me. I used my ability to See. He had used her. I gave in.
Darkness surrounded me.
