This Crayfish Is Not Edible - Chapter 86
Roaming around for a while, they both found the way back to camp.
“Xia~ I made you fried chicken leg~” Felia shouted from near the campfire.
“Chicken? I am coming,”
Before Long could hold on to him, Xia ran over to her.
‘This woman! I can’t tolerate her presence.’ Long gritted his teeth. His clenched fist creaked with small crackling sounds. ‘Calm down, Aotian, she is just a human. I can make it through our travel without killing her,’ He mentally chanted.
Taking a deep breath, he walked up to the three. His cute lover was cheerfully gnawing on a piece of chicken leg.
“Where is my chicken?” Long said through clenched teeth.
Felia gazed at him and humped. “Only Xia gets to eat my chicken,” She said with a small smile.
With his muscle tense, Long was ready to attack any time. ‘Come on little girl, we’ll see who can win this time.’ He challenged with his glare.
She glared back at him and waved a piece of chicken in front of his face. ‘Hump stupid guy, why would I make you chicken? Only my darling Xia deserves my cooking,’ she mentally said.
Long growled louder and checked in his space ring. His hands brought out a small familiar plate. It was the chicken summoning plate.
Felia saw this and gasped. ‘You can’t use the same trick again. Xia will only eat my cooking,’ she glared.
“Watch me,” Long mouthed at her. The plate summoned a small pair of spicy chicken wing. “Xia, try this chicken,” he sweetly whispered to him.
Xia gazed up at him and nodded his head. But with hesitation he gazed down at the half eaten chicken.
“I can finish that for you.” Long said and plucked the chicken leg from his grip. With one bite he bit through it bone and flesh. “That’s good,” he burped.
“Really, then try this too,” Xia handed him a spicy chicken wing to him.
With a loving smirk, he opened his mouth. “Feed me,” he said.
The little crayfish removed the bones from the wing and fed it to him slowly. “Chew properly and eat or else you will get indigestion,” he softly chided.
“Hmm,” long smirked at him.
On hind sight he noticed Princess Felia gaping at him.
“Your hands made the food tastier,” he said with a shy smile on his face. But inside he was grinning like a fool. ‘You seeing this woman, this man is mine. He will only eat my chicken. Only feed me his chicken.’
Felia gritted her teeth loudly. She didn’t want to lose to that stupid big oaf. She subtly placed her hand on the sandy ground and exclaimed. “Oh, my hands are soiled how am i going to eat,” she dramatically said.
Long gasped out loud. “Shameless,” he whispered.
When Xia was not looking Felia popped a p at him. ‘Stupid guy, watch how Xia is going to feed me,’ she mentally thought.
Gazing at her maid, she lifted her eyebrows subtly. With a dejected look, the maid also placed her hands on the dirty floor. “oh my, how can I serve the princess if my hands are also so dirty,” she exclaimed out loud.
Xia gazed at them both and saw the sole piece of chicken being roasted over the fire. ‘Hmm how can they eat of their hands are dirty? Should I help? Would Long be upset?’ he gazed up at him through his lashes.
Long smirked. But his lips were twitching unnaturally. “Why worry? I have something to wash your hands.” he said and pulled out a water pouch from his ring.
“No, I do not want to impose you. Water is precious after all,” Felia said with the same twitching smile.
Long’s mouth twitched even more. “No, it’s just a small inconvenience, take it,” he showed it to their faces.
With a resigned sigh, the maid took it from his hands. “Princess, we should give up. I Am starving,” she whispered.
Felia pouted and nodded. They both went to the nearby tree and opened the small water pouch.
A small stream of shimmering blue liquid poured out of it.
“Its spirit water,” They bit gaped out loud.
Spirit water is the purest form of spiritual energy in that plane. It can be used to cultivate without any backlash. Even a single drop of it will be auctioned off for almost millions of gold. Seeing such a large amount of it startled them both.
With shivering hands, the maid closed the water pouch. “Princess…. I think this guy is some big shot. You should not mess with him so much,” she whispered.
Felia glared at the stupid oaf’s direction and sighed. “So what? He is rich. But my fairy Xia will not fall for his wealth,”
She took a water bottle from her own ring and washed her hands. She showed it to her maid and stood pouting.
The maid sighed and washed her hands with normal water. Gazing at the blue shimmer on the ground, she sighed. “We wasted such a precious material,” she sighed again.
Walking back to the camp, Felia tossed the spring water pouch to Long and whispered. “How can we waste such a precious thing for washing hands?”
