Unrivaled Demon’s Odyssey - Chapter 230
“I think she is pregnant,” Miti informed Zeus and Faith.
“That’s great news!” Zeus rejoiced. “Let’s congratulate her.”
“Stop it!” Faith uttered without opening her mouth. “This is not something we should be congratulated for.”
“What do you mean? She is pregnant, so it’s a… oh!” Zeus stopped when he realized what Faith was trying to say. “Right,” he nodded.
“She has become a fallen angel, so that must mean she mated with a demon. And we all know that no girl in her right mind would ‘purposely’ choose to mate with a demon,” Faith quoted ‘purposely’ with her fingers. “I bet she was probably raped by a bunch of demons, and then she somehow managed to run away but was injured in the process. It’s fate that we ran into her in the forest so we could save her life.”
“Hey, hey! Even though I don’t give a shit about demons, I feel offended by your statement,” Zeus stated. “I am a demon too, you know?”
“You are not.” Faith turned to Zeus and said, “You are not a demon, nor a monster. You are Zeus, my Zeus.”
“Faith…”
Faith and Zeus stared into each other’s eyes with a passionate gaze.
“Ahem!” Miti cleared her throat to let her presence known. “I don’t want you two to start fucking in front of me, so stop.”
Faith’s face flushed after hearing that. “We haven’t gone that far!”
“Anyway…” Miti ignored Faith and said, “What should we do about the girl?”
“We can’t do anything,” Zeus replied. “We have to wait for her to wake up, then I will try to restore her memories. After that, we will ask her about the father of that child inside her.”
Miti nodded in agreement and said, “I was thinking of the same thing. However, my servants just finished healing her, so she might not wake up for a couple of days.”
“That’s fine. As long as her life is out of danger, we have nothing to worry about,” Faith asserted.
Zeus placed his hand on his chin and pondered for a while. “Hey, Miti,” he called out to Miti.
“What is it? If it’s about the cost of healing her, then don’t worry about it. I have already told you countless times that you saved my life. I owe you my life, and if you hadn’t saved me, I would be long dead. It’s because of you that I am alive, so I can’t charge from my savior,” Miti asserted in a calm and respectful manner.
“Damn! Only if I had a camera to record that. It’s so rare to see Miti being respectful to me…” Zeus clicked his tongue.
Miti’s face flushed after hearing that. She glared at Zeus and shouted, “It’s not that I don’t act respectfully with you; it’s because you always make fun of me and do naughty stuff with Faith in front of me.”
Zeus groped Faith’s breasts and said, “What do you mean naughty stuff? This is the sign of my love for Faith.”
Miti gritted her teeth in anger and frustration as she thought, ‘Even though he knows how I feel about him, he dares to do this in front of me!’
Miti exhaled sharply and turned around after saying, “If you have got nothing else to say, I am leaving!.”
“Hey, wait! I wanted to ask about something else,” Zeus stopped.
“What?”
“How old is it?”
“How old is what or who?” Miti asked with a confused look on her face.
“The child in that girl’s womb. How old is it?” Zeus asked again.
Faith nudged Zeus with her elbow and said with a frowned face: “Calling the child ‘it’ is horrible, Zeus.”
“Oh, come on!” Zeus groaned. “There are many reasons to call it an ‘it’. First, we don’t know the gender of the child. Second, it is still lifeless, so it’s no different than ovulated sperm.”
Faith sighed and glanced at Miti to hear her answer. “So, how old is the child in her womb?”
“I think it has been only a day or two,” Miti replied hesitantly.
“Then it’s pretty much nothing. We can get rid of it, and she wouldn’t even realize,” Zeus scoffed.
“You cannot do that,” Faith retorted.
“Why not? You were the one who was saying, ‘no girl in her right mind would mate with a demon’, so that means you are against her pregnancy too. And she is an angel, so her child will be half-angel and half-demon, a Nephelium. Wait…” Zeus raised his brows and wondered, “But she is also half-angel, so the child should be half of that. That means the demon genes wouldn’t be dominant, so he will most likely kill the mother— the girl when he is in her womb and come out after ripping her stomach from inside.”
“That happens when the mother is either a human or half-human, right?” Faith asked.
Zeus nodded with a stiffened expression on his face and said, “We should get rid of it, now.”
Faith placed her hand on Zeus’ shoulder and said, “I know it’s dangerous for her, but we can’t kill her child without her permission. We have to tell her everything and then ask her to make a decision.”
“But she doesn’t remember anything, so she would never know. If she was truly raped by demons, then it’s best for her that she doesn’t remember such horrible memories that would haunt her nightmares.” Zeus shrugged his shoulders and continued, “I might as well tell her that I can’t restore her memories. That way, she can live a new life.”
Zeus glanced at Faith and Miti to hear their opinion and said, “What do you say?”
Miti facepalmed himself and uttered, “He came up with such an evil plan like it was nothing, and now he wants our opinions.”
“Hey! I am trying to do something good here!” Zeus cried out loud. “I kill demons. I am a demon slayer, and that’s my job. Of course, that includes every demon, even the one who hasn’t been born yet.”
