Veiled Love - Chapter 15 Simply Too Picturesque

Due to the shock, she became alert and turned around in a combative stance. Finding out it was the crown prince standing behind her staring at with wide eyes.

“Yo.. your. Highness” Soo Jin stuttered.

The crown prince stood there stunned. He did not even realize that his mouth was wide opened as he continued to stare at Soo Jin

The girl did not have any makeup or hair decorations. She had waist-long black hair and was wearing a white handbook which looked close to transparent. There was no being in the world that was able to steal the limelight away from her

Simply too picturesque She was like an angel that had descended from the sky.

Yong-Sun’s throat felt dry, he all of a sudden felt that the room was extremely hot. Clearing his throat one time, he tried to speak. However, no words came out.

He continued to stare at her unseen face and felt his heart palpitate. He saw her move her lips but did not hear the words.

Feeling his constant stare, Soo Jin started to feel like there was something on face.

“that’s impossible, I have my vei…” she mumbled to herself and she slowly started to realise that she was in her night gown as she looked down.

It suddenly hit her that she was also not wearing her veil. She started screaming at the top of her lungs and this time it was not for laughs.

Hearing her scream, Yong-Sun took long strides and arrived in front of Soo Jin in no time. He draped his hand over her mouth to silence her, her screams were now muffled.

“Your highness”

“Your highness we heard some screams, is everything okay in there. I am coming in” said the crown prince’s head eunuch.

“STAY PUT! ANYONE COMES IN AND IT WILL BE THEIR HEADS ON THE LINE!” yelled Yong- Sun.

All the palace maids and the eunuchs started to shake in their boots. Their crown prince who always had sleepless nights had slept in past noon today. Now he was making the newly appointed crown princess scream out of fear several times.

Just what is going in there thought all the servants as they looked towards the closed doors.

Inside the room Soo Jin continued screaming.

“Will you shut your mouth, you are causing havoc for no reason.” Whispered Yong-Sun in Soo Jin’s ear.

As soon as the whispered words entered her ears, Soo Jin’s screams came to a halt. She looked at him with wides eyes, her vision moved from his face to his other hand.

He was holding an item which reflected of the sun, he looked sharp. He had a knife in his hand.

‘What is he trying to do? Kill me?’ she thought to herself panicking in the inside while her eyes continued to get wider.

Now that she had quietened down, he released his hold on her and stepped away. He noticed that she was in shock and she was staring at his hand. Following her line of sight, he had totally forgotten that he had a knife in his hand.
