Chapter 723 Interrogating Sofia
Emma’s cheeks flushed slightly, and she let out a soft laugh, though there was a nervous edge to it. “You really are impossible.”
Jessica, on the other hand, seemed more intrigued than offended. “So… you’re saying we should put in extra effort to keep you interested?”
Wang Jian grinned, his hands sliding down their bodies as he whispered, “Exactly. It’s a win-win situation for all of us.”
Before either of them could respond, there was a faint sound from the corner of the room. Wang Jian’s eyes flickered toward the noise, and he realized that Sofia was slowly waking up.
She had been tied securely to a chair, her voluptuous body still covered by her tight, revealing crop top and shorts, though the ropes around her wrists and ankles kept her in place. Her eyes fluttered open, confusion and fear washing over her face as she tried to move, only to find herself bound.
“What…?” Sofia mumbled, her voice groggy as she blinked and looked around, her gaze eventually landing on Wang Jian.
Wang Jian’s expression shifted from playful to something darker and more dangerous. A depraved grin spread across his face as he stood up, leaving Emma and Jessica on the bed. He approached Sofia slowly, his eyes locked on hers, the tension in the room thickening with every step he took.
“Well, well, well,” Wang Jian said in a low, predatory tone. “Looks like Sleeping Beauty is finally awake.”
Sofia’s eyes widened as she fully registered the situation. She was completely tied up, at the mercy of Wang Jian, and from the look in his eyes, she knew that he had plans for her—plans that went far beyond just questioning her.
“What… what do you want?” Sofia asked, her voice shaky but defiant. She tugged at the ropes, trying to free herself, but it was useless.
Wang Jian crouched down in front of her, his fingers brushing against her exposed midriff. He could feel her body tense under his touch, and it only made his grin widen. “Oh, I have a lot of plans for you, Sofia,” he said softly. “But don’t worry. We’ll get to those soon enough. First, I need some answers.”
Sofia’s defiance flickered for a moment as she stared into Wang Jian’s eyes. “I won’t tell you anything.”
Wang Jian chuckled, his hand trailing up her side before resting on her hip. “We’ll see about that. You see, I’m not just interested in your body, though that’s definitely part of it.” His hand slid up to her chest, cupping her breast through the fabric of her crop top. Sofia gasped, her body instinctively reacting to his touch, though she tried to hide it.
“You’re going to tell me everything I need to know about the Blood Hunters,” Wang Jian continued, his voice calm and commanding. “Like what’s happening at the main HQ, for example.”
Sofia clenched her jaw, trying to maintain her composure. “Go to hell.”
Wang Jian’s grin didn’t falter. “We’re already halfway there, sweetheart. Now, why don’t you make this easier on yourself and just start talking?”
Sofia glared at him, refusing to speak, but Wang Jian wasn’t bothered by her resistance. In fact, he seemed to enjoy it. His hands continued to roam over her body, his touch both teasing and threatening as he explored her curves.
“You know,” Wang Jian said, his voice low and smooth, “the Blood Hunters are based in New York, aren’t they? Funny thing is, I used to live there too. Small world, huh?”
Sofia’s eyes widened slightly at the mention of New York, but she quickly regained her composure. “You’re not going to get away with this,” she spat.
Wang Jian smirked, his hand gripping her thigh. “Oh, I think I already have. After all, it wasn’t too hard to track you down. And now that I’ve got you here, well… you’re going to tell me everything. Whether you want to or not.”
He leaned in closer, his breath hot against her ear as he whispered, “The Blood Hunters might have found me, but I’m always one step ahead. You’re going to help me destroy them, Sofia. And in return… well, let’s just say I’ll make it worth your while.”
Sofia’s body tensed as Wang Jian’s hands continued to roam, his touch sending shivers down her spine. She hated how her body was reacting to him, but she couldn’t deny the effect he was having on her.
Wang Jian pulled back slightly, his eyes dark and dangerous as he stared down at her. “So, what’s it going to be, Sofia? Are you going to cooperate, or do I have to make this more… unpleasant for you?”
Sofia swallowed hard, her mind racing as she tried to figure out a way out of this situation. But deep down, she knew that Wang Jian had her trapped. There was no escaping him.
After a long pause, Sofia finally spoke, her voice barely above a whisper. “The HQ… it’s in Manhattan. They’ve been tracking you for months. They know everything about you.” n/ô/vel/b//in dot c//om
Wang Jian’s eyes gleamed with satisfaction as he heard her words. “See? That wasn’t so hard, was it?” He leaned in closer, his lips brushing against her neck as he whispered, “Now, let’s see how much more you’re willing to give me.”
Without warning, he captured her lips in a fierce, dominating kiss. Sofia gasped, her body instinctively reacting to him even as her mind screamed at her to resist. But it was no use. Wang Jian had her completely under his control.
As the kiss deepened, Wang Jian’s hands roamed over her body with more purpose, his touch no longer teasing but claiming. He could feel Sofia’s resolve weakening, her body responding to him despite her best efforts to fight it.
“Wang Jian…” Sofia whispered breathlessly, her voice a mix of confusion and desire.
“Shh,” Wang Jian whispered back, his lips trailing down her neck. “Just enjoy this, Sofia. It’s the least you can do for me after all the trouble you’ve caused.”
And with that, Wang Jian continued to claim her, his hands and lips exploring every inch of her voluptuous body as Sofia’s resistance crumbled away, leaving her completely at his mercy.
In the corner of the room, Emma and Jessica watched silently, their expressions a mix of shock and disbelief. Neither of them had expected things to escalate like this, but they knew better than to question Wang Jian’s methods.
After all, they had learned a long time ago that Wang Jian always got what he wanted—one way or another.
