You Will Forever Be My Always - Chapter 12 (Aia's P.O.V)
“Um…thank you for bringing me to my room last night.” I said looking out the window.
“You’re welcome.” He said concentrating on the road.
It soon then became quiet and I didn’t know what to talk about or anything. I wanted to say something, but I couldn’t like my mouth wouldn’t move or anything plus I have nothing to talk about with him, but if we’re gonna get married soon than I have to get to know him more and understand him better, but what do I start out with? What do I say? What do I do? How should I bring something up just randomly when we’re not even close??? I kept panicking inside my mind and I didn’t know what to do until he stopped the car.
I looked at him a bit confused and wondering what I am supposed to do next. He was just sitting there quietly and that made me feel more nervous and awkward than before.
“We’re here at ShinHigh Writing Industries.” He said looking at me.
“Of course we are.” I said trying to act normal and hide my nervousness.
“Y-yeah, I’m good. Thank you for giving me a ride.” I awkwardly smiled and closed the door and headed inside the building.
I turned around and watched him drive off and finally let out my breath and felt peace with my inner self. I walked to the elevator and pressed the level where Himari’s room was on until I heard someone shout to hold the elevator for them, so I did. A girl ran in and she had short pink hair and red eyes. Her sense of fashion was interesting and she kinda looked like a child.
“Thank you so much!” She smiled.
“You’re welcome.” I smiled back.
“Which floor are you going on?” I asked before pressing a button.
“Floor 27 please.” She said politely. I pressed the button and that’s when I totally forgot to introduce myself to this strange girl. Before I could say anything she started to introduce herself.
“Oh yeah! I’m Cherry Sato, it’s nice to meet you.” She smiled holding out her hand.
“I’m Aia Suzuki, it’s nice to meet you too.” I smiled back and shook her hand and the elevator doors opened. She smiled once more and left and the doors closed.
I pressed the button for floor 31 to meet up Himari. I looked at the time on my phone and was a few minutes late which means I’m gonna have to come up with an epic apology. A few minutes later the doors opened and I went to Himari’s room and opened the door. Himari was sitting there waiting for me and I could sense her feeling impatient.
“I’m sorry for being late Himari.” I apologized while standing in front of her.
“It’s no biggie, I wasn’t impatient with you Aia, it’s Director Reo. He’s late. She said trying to hold in her patience.
Himari is very impatient when it comes down to business. I made myself comfortable in the room and set my purse down on the glass coffee table and felt my phone buzz. I turned my phone on and saw it was a text message from Riku. We have never talked or made any kind of communication ever since our engagement party and all of a sudden he texts me.
“Don’t be shock, my director and us and are coming to the meeting at your place.” He texted.
“Okay.” I answered.
I heard a knock at the door and Himari answered it and it was Director Reo and his film cast and all of a sudden I felt more tense than I should be.
