You Won’t Understand Me - Chapter 108
“What got you crying, hm?” Yul asked, wiping away the lonely remnant tear from the corner of his eye.
“You said something mean,” Zeng complained, forgetting that he was not supposed to complain and be an adult. He wanted to be grumpy at this moment.
“Sorry,” Yul said again. “Next time just punch or slap me when I am being mean. It won’t hurt anyways.”
“Just because it won’t hurt doesn’t mean it’s right,” Zeng sniffed, trying to appear angry but Yul found that adorable instead.
He shook his head in defeat. “Then at least let me know that you are angry then and there,” he suggested, “You walk away without any explanation and I keep guessing what it is. I am dumb, I won’t know unless you tell me.”
Zeng nodded, “Next time.”
Yul made a crying face. He hugged Zeng and fell back on the bed. “That means we are going to fight again.”
“It’s our tradition to seriously fight twice a year,” Zeng murmured grumpily. Yul snorted, putting his leg on top of Zeng’s, one arm around him and the other propping himself up.
“But I didn’t understand when you said about the time and timing stuff earlier.”
Zeng thought of a simpler explanation because everything in his head was complicated and it would be more complicated if he decided to speak directly. “I want it to come naturally. It looks like we are pushing this marriage in our relationship even if we don’t need it currently,” he said, playing with the fabric of Yul’s shirt. “It’s more of a ‘how’ than of a ‘when’. Are you getting me?”
“Somewhat,” Yul said, frowning, “You have a weird way of thinking, Zeng ge.”
“You are upset about it, aren’t you?” Zeng asked, coming closer, practically snuggling.
“A little,” Yul accepted, “Now you are being mean here. Tell me again, why do I have to tolerate this long wait?”
Zeng smiled cutely, very confident with the answer, “Because you love me.”
Yul sighed, “Unfortunately.”
Zeng jabbed his fist in Yul’s ribs and even pinched him but that did nothing to him. In return, he got his hands locked under Yul’s palm and got pulled closer.
“Sometimes I feel like you don’t wanna marry me,” Yul expressed his worry, the thing that has been bugging him and was the start of it all. “And I don’t feel good thinking about it.”
“If not me then who else is going to marry you, huh?” Zeng said calmly.
“Then do it now,” Yul challenged.
He was being childish on purpose. Marriage certainly wasn’t as easy as getting a candy.
“I am not pushing it off permanently,” Zeng said, propping himself up, “I am just saying that we can do it at the right time when it comes off naturally. When the time comes that you feel this is it and when that day you genuinely propose to me, I won’t be able to say no. It’s more about ‘when’ rather than the yes or no.”
Yul still wasn’t convinced. So Zeng played in the final card that Yul could never look down on.
“Or I can propose instead.”
That immediately caught Yul’s interest. “Really?”
“Maybe… maybe not. Who knows?” Zeng shrugged and Yul sat up excitedly. “I don’t know if I can wait till then. I will probably ask you first.”
Zeng knew it better. “Looks like it. But don’t make it cheesy, okay?” He mumbled tilting his head ahead.
“Okay!” Yul nudged his nose and kissed him softly.
Zeng darted his tongue out to wipe it over his lip as Yul pulled away, “You taste like sugar.”
Yul raised an eyebrow, “Is that bad?”
“No,” Zeng smirked, “I like it.”
He pulled him by the neck and Yul’s hands found their way to his waist. A moment later, Zeng was sitting on his lap as he tilted his head to deepen their kiss. Knowing what route it was taking, Yul pulled his shirt off his head and threw it away. He pulled Zeng closer so that their boners rubbed and the friction made them moan.
But instead of Zeng being pushed down, Yul was pushed on his back.
“I will take the lead today,” said Zeng.
“Are you sure?” Yul asked, “Shopping must have drained you out. You should let me do the work and rel-”
Zeng placed a finger on his lips and hushed him. “You have been so demanding today. It’s my turn now.”
Yul shrugged. He would let Zeng do it his way today because Zeng at the top was better than a crying Zeng any time. “Okay but don’t complain when your hips hurt,” he said with a smirk, riling the doctor up.
“As if they don’t hurt when you do me,” Zeng said, removing his top, “Also don’t understand me, mister. I am older than you. I have seen the world better, I know better.”
“Oh yeah? Let’s see what you can do, old man,” Yul challenged, leaning back with his hands at the back of his head. Zeng knew he was doing it on purpose, to mock him since he wasn’t as skilled as Yul in this field. The confident man was even more confident when it came to his skills in bed.
Zeng sat up, legs on either side of his overconfident boyfriend, and crossed his arms over his bare chest, “Don’t challenge me, I am already pissed,” he warned.
Zeng quietly opened the drawers and took out two small packages.
“So chocolate or strawberry?” He said waving them in Yul’s face.
Yul snorted, remembering a conversation they had way earlier, “We are not talking about doughnut flavours, are we?”
“No, we are not.”
Yul smirked. He caught Zeng’s wrists and flipped him, so that he howered over him.
“Hey!” Zeng protested, “That’s cheating! I am supposed to be on the top today!”
The younger man had other plans, “Do it some other day. You look especially cute when you are grumpy and I can’t hold back.”
“I hate you,” Zeng gritted his teeth.
“Well that’s not what you say when you are moaning under me,” Yul wiggled his eyebrow as he pressed down on Zeng, his erection pressing against him, “Let me do it like usual, Zeng ge.”
Zeng glared at him. Though the offer was tempting and he would have given in any other day but not today.
“I want to top,” he repeated.
“Next time,” Yul rejected.
‘Let me top,” Zeng stayed stubborn.
Yul clicked his tongue, “Not today, baby. Just give up.”
